Their credential and online reviews dont match their work! Or perhaps I got one of their not so good groomers. IDK

The staff here are very friendly, and patient with your pet, I bring my beagle Riley here to have her nails clipped, they treat her very well, and the price is reasonable too.

So you left us hanging and expect us to wait for another day or two u til you figure it out but you also expect us to " call or email you " rather than leaving a bad review after waiting for a full day? When I spoke with someone on the phone, at first she did not even offer to try to squueze me in.i had to ask her what do we do now? And then she said oh yes we are extremely busy but since this is a cancellation, we will try our best to squueze you in, let me figure out the schedule and call you back is that ok? And is said yes.

Who the heck knew you expect us to wait for 2 or 3 days before you figure out your stuff. Maybe a simple call from yoy to let us know that you are still figuring it out would be nice instead of expecting us to wait for 3 days. That is ridiculous.

We been here once before and we found that getting a spot is extremely difficult as they are always "busy". So we tried to make a booking a month ahead.and yesterday was supposed to be the day.at 9am.but they called and left a message at 8: 15am to let us know that the groomer tested covid and that she told me she is extremely busy and will try their hardest to book us in asap and that they will call me back asap to let us know. Nothing. They never called back. It was almost like " too bad " try again your luck next time. Look, i do understand things happens. But u also need to understand that some of us needed to arrange something to be able to drop off our dogs for a grooming on a weekdays. At least put some effort to try to squeeze us in! Fact that you did not bother calling us back to try to book us in again is very disrespectful. Will never go back to you again. You don't need us anyway since you are always sooooooooo busy.

Don’t recommend. My dog got groomed and they charged me extra $10 for her being difficult for the second time grooming there. I don’t get why my dog was fine at the first time and she hate it so much now after 2nd grooming. Also even though there was an extra charge, I see that the hair is uneven and also the nails were not cut either that I had to cut her nails. Over charged for the services definitely. I tried to call them several times to ask why they didn’t take care of the nails, they didn’t pick it up.

I take my dog here regularly for a nail trim. The staff here are gentle and kind. I appreciate how they treat my dog and they always remember that he has allergies! They have vegan treats readily available for him after his trim:)

I guess they must be good. When I called to book a grooming, they said they are not giving appointments to anyone is not already a customer.

My dog gets super anxious when I'm not around but the staff here does such a good job of comforting him while giving him such a cute cut! Rly glad I've found them in my neighborhood.

We've been taking Mika to see Serene for years now and can't imagine taking her anywhere else. We have to be careful not to say Serene's name around Mika unless it's grooming day because Mika always gets so excited whenever we say it!

10/10 experience! My dog is a recent rescue, and still quite nervous, but everything went so well and they were great with her. She needed her nails trimmed, and had quite a bad nail on her dewclaw, and it was no problem - done in 10 or so minutes. Definitely bringing her back, and would recommend bringing your fur babies here - especially if you’re a nervous momma like me.
