Sudsy Dog Grooming Salon

Super happy I could get my dog Lady in for grooming. Lady is blind and the staff were very kind and did a great job! So glad to be on a schedule with Sudsy and put our past experiences with other grooming shops behind us.

Out small dog went there for years trouble free but last time, he was carved up with scissor nicks and there were many. My wife confronted Angela who is the owner and she took no responsibility. Her solution was to have her employee call us which went no where. We did the right thing and moved on however I accidently called them instead of our new groomer and left a message and Angel the owner called back telling us she was booked for the summer and can’t groom him anymore!? Good thing she did as we would never take our dog back there ever. Sad that she didn’t take responsibility instead of passing it onto an employee to explain! You can figure out my recommendations from the message. I just received a response from the owner Angela and her rebuttal is once again all lies! My dog scratched himself after being groomed? Once again, take responsibility instead of spreading lies to protect your business, it will go way further! I didn’t know I was calling you and assumed it was our new groomer of 2 years! I would never bring my dog baxk to you because of the lies and unaccountability! I have pictures to prove also! Also another update! She claims we went back for another grooming after the event? Another big lie as we never did. I truly accidently called as it was on my phone and Siri called the wrong place…. No accountability whatsoever and not even an apology! Just had the girl call back that nicked his belly all over with the razor!

Thanks to the great people working at Sudsy Dog. Our two dogs look forward to their grooming and they come back looking better than ever!

The Salon is very clean and the staff kind and friendly. Our dogs loved to go for their baths and grooming. The staff are especially good with puppies and senior dogs.

I take my husky mix, Leon, to get his nails clipped every 3 weeks. The staff there treat him how every dog mom wants their baby to be treated, like the spoiled prince he is. We always appreciate how short his nails are when we Don't hear him tip tapping around later that night. Thanks Sudsy Dog!

Always does a great job, and genuinely LOVES the dogs and the work. You can’t fake that kind of compassion. The only issue is they are overworked and you MUST book well in advance. Welcome to the employment and service crisis of 2020+. It’s next to impossible to find a quality groomer these days unless you want it done by someone that just traded up from the till at McDonald's. Fact: You won’t find a better groomer in town, or even the next few towns over!

I have been bringing my dog to The Sudsy Dog for around 7 years and was totally happy. However, in November I called to move the appointment because my husband had passed away. I was told, sorry, we have no appointments until the end of March. I accepted the offered appointment and when I arrived I was told it was cancelled. Moreover, they would no longer groom my dog because he is too anxious. Why did it take 7 years for them to say this, and then just dump me as a customer. Terrible service.

First timer today with my scared pug. My girl had been dodging me for to long and these lovely ladies were able to get it done no problem and very quickly. Not even a fuss!
