Very clean, friendly and inviting. Made me feel at ease. Had my back done. Felt as good as self inflicted hair removal with melted sugar can feel. Will go back in 4 weeks. Was worth it. Mild reaction for about an hour.then complete resolution.

I think personally I like waxing more than sugaring, hence the 4 stars - but that's just me.

Nothing fun about getting your hair ripped out of your body, but hey thats what you sign up for when you go for these services! I do personally prefer the strips over the ball of wax, but the results were just as good. The staff was very great and made me feel comfortable - especially getting a Brazilian. I was bear my lady time of the month & pain is much escalated around this time. But that was my own fault, so ladies be mindful of that!

Phenomenal experience!
I was so worried about the pain and being uncomfortable with my body around my technician. Both worries quickly faded away. My aesthetician was delightful and made me feel comfortable showing certain parts of my body. She was quick and talked me through the whole process. The area was smooth for weeks and no hairs were left behind!
I've never done waxing before and the pain was minimal! I wish I could remember my aesthetician's name but she made small conversation with me the whole time and it was soothing.
I will be back very soon, and will sugar different parts of my body as well as it's definitely worth it!

What a great first experience! I had my appointment with Katherine and had a blast. She was friendly and we had great conversation and the distraction was greatly appreciated. I loved my results and promptly booked my next appointment - I even called back this week to book another to get my pits and lip sugard.might become and addict! Highly recommend!

I love going to Sugar'd, it's been the best business I've been waxed/sugared at, I've had Teia the last two times and I've been exceptionally happy with the results, she goes above and beyond and is so thorough, no hairs left behind! She, along with all the other staff I've encountered are so pleasant and friendly and the whole environment there is pleasant, clean and makes you feel super comfortable!

I just moved to the area and after a decade of using the same esthetician I was hesitant to try someone new. Went here for the first time today and service was excellent, sugaring is 100% less painful than waxing. I wish I had known about this year's ago.
