Sugaring Change - Port Moody

I'm in love with the results after my first Brazilian. Since I came to the studio, everything was fine. I was kindly explained how to decrease the pain during the session and how to treat my skin afterward.
I had an appointment with Alla, and she is absolutely amazing master. I have quite sensitive skin and could have irritation, but I haven't had it.
I highly recommend this studio to everybody who wants to experience well-done treatment and a careful approach

I have been seeing Sahba at the Port Moody Sugaring Change and I must honestly share that she is so gentle, kind and mindful when sugaring my most intimate area. For those that haven’t had their most “intimate” area sugared, it hurts way less than wax and if you get Sahba to do it for you, it’s much less painful than expected. They also have a wide range of other services that I recommend.

Been getting sugared here for years & it’s always a good experience. Chantelle is lovely and so is the brand. Just be mindful of booking with the practitioner that you know and trust because I went with someone new due to availability and the experience was much less enjoyable. Long rips, lots of pain, no check ins, and missed an entire patch of hair.

Whitney is wonderful! Very friendly and professional. Very happy with the sugaring process. The studio is very clean and chic as well.

I just started going to sugaring change in the winter and I just adore Whitney! This place is so clean, smells great and the appointment is always quick.

I booked with Sahba B.who provided an extraordinary sugaring waxing experience that left me thoroughly impressed. From the moment I entered the salon, the friendly staff made me feel comfortable and at ease. She walks you through every step, asks if you need breaks (thank goodness!), and makes sure your skin is the priority! It doesn't pull at the skin so is less painful and is amazing for people with sensitivities! AND the results were amazing - such smooth skin that last wayy longer than a regular wax!

Great first-time experience with Sabha a couple months ago! I was really nervous as my hair growth was long due to having just recovered from a major surgery & not being able to go get my usual wax. I was staying with family in Port Moody & decided to check it out. The skin calming mask on the bikini line after was perfect. It hurt way less than I expected it to & was so quick. Next time I need to get sugaring done when I'm in Port Moody, I'll definitely be there again!

Bernice is amazing! I used this service in December before my vacation to Mexico and I will definitely be going back. She was so friendly and very good at her job. I didn't have to shave for over a month and when the hair grew back it was very thin and light for the first few shaves.

Wow it's been 10 days and I have yet to see one underarm hair grow back! I wouldn't have imagined sugar paste to work this amazingly but trying this process out for the first time with Kinga has left me in awe!
It was quick and simple of a process and Kinga made me feel comfortable during the short visit thank you!

For my first experience of having sugaring, it was way better than I anticipated. Amazing staff!

I've been going here for almost 5 years and I can't imagine my life without it! I always look forward to my monthly Brazilian and eyebrow sugaring as I love to catch up with my sugarista (Danica or Bernice) and when I leave, my skin feels soft and refreshed! I really value the naturalness of sugaring and the attention to detail, quality and customer service I always get from Sugaring Change. Very much worth commuting to from the North Shore once a month!

Went for my first ever bikini hair removal with Chantelle and had a positive experience. I was quite nervous and reluctant to get this procedure as it seemed a little invasive and painful, however they were very professional. Already booked my next appointment!

I visited Whitney every 4ish weeks for 5 months while I was living in BC. I actually looked forward to my brazillian and underarm appointments. (? !) The location is beautiful and very clean. All the staff are kind, personable and professional. Whitney was such a joy to see. She's great at her job, enjoyable to talk to and also just super funny. Book your appointments in advance if possible, because they are busy for a reason. I would recommend this place to anyone I know!
