Carlos Daniel Niel and Bob are technically amazing coaches. The culture is great for all skill levels. The gym has everything you need! Newly added Sauna as well. Show up between 2-10 and someone is always there to help you. Highly recommended good job boys.

I’m a 48 year old dad of 2 who always wanted to learn to box and love the fitness part of it. I thought I was too old but this place has proved me wrong! Bob and Carlos are awesome, it’s a great respectful vibe, super clean, and super fun. Plus this is the only real deal boxing place I know of, it’s not just for fitness, these guys really know what they are doing. If you are looking to learn the sport at any age and get in shape this is the place for you.
