Sullivan Medical Clinic

Me and my family went many times to this clinic. Dr. Moravati has been wonderful and helpful. And at the front desk are always doing their best.

Receptionist is not helpful at all and they don’t even post anything about not having walk ins in that week. They make people who is sick come and loose their time at the door while they don’t inform anything.

I am extremely impressed with Sullivan Medical Clinic. Dr. Morovati is an outstanding doctor. Both receptionists are friendly and professional. I highly recommend Sullivan Medical Clinic.

My husband came in as a walk-in. He got an appointment for 11am. (In 1 hour) He came back into the clinic at 10: 40 and waited and waited for his name to be called. Finally at 11: 40 he went up to the desk and asked. She said he didn’t check in! He was sitting right in front of her and had an appointment. Why would you have to check in again? She said she wasn’t sure the doctor had time for him! He left. Very poor service!

I wish i could give 10 stars or more!

The receptionist answered my appointment confirmation call in the kindest way possible very early when they just open in the morning:)!

And last but not the least- Dr Morovati- who didnt just see and dismiss us but took his time, followed up, and most importantly, treated an emergency exactly as the protocol would be! Very knowledgable and professional! I cant just thank him enough!

And to the two lovely girls at reception who helped me today- u understand the compassion that the patients and their families need! Someone else might have just ignored me, but u took time to help me! Thank you for all that all of you do!:)

This is my second review for the clinic- but a different Physician, and as u can tell, am very happy to have found this clinic.
Phone appointment with Dr Nirmala Brar-
Dr Brar called on time.she is full of knowledge, very very thorough in history taking, I could hear her typing so definitely very detailed in record taking as well am sure. She listened to my three different issues patiently- of course I was mindful of her time and briefed it where required. She referred me to a required clinic that two previous doctors from a different clinic hadn’t thought about. I found her empathetic, friendly, eager to help, and kind. She was quick to show gratitude when I appreciated her thoroughness. I only saw a very humble, extremely knowledgable and kind doctor for someone with 35 years of experience! You can safely trust her expertise!:)

I have been trying to book a in person appointment for one week now. Finally I booked a in person appointment but then I get a msg that dr will call me and it will be a in phone appointment. So I called and I was given another appointment next day for in person. But from there system I got another text telling my that Dr will call you.and that makes me confused and frustrated. So I called to check in and the lady confirm that it is in person appointment. So now I am going there and hoping to see and dr and share my problem.

I was on my way to see Dr. Kaur and called to advise I was running a little late (10min). I was told doctor won't see anyone who is 5min late and wants to charge $40 late fee. For someone like me who has just been in a serious car accident experiencing severe pain and reliant on the availability of Uber rides, this is not the compassionate or reasonable response I expect from a health care professional. They also have a sign up "We request only one medical issue per visit" - good luck if you have complications.

I am so happy I found Dr. K. Kaur. She is so friendly and caring. Listens carefully to problems and is very knowledgeable. The office staff are also very friendly and helpful. It is also convenient to
have Pharmasave in the same building with a very pleasant pharmacist.

Doctor didnt listen. Had his ming made up fight from the start. Plus I dont. Know why he kept saying go ri he family doctor when I made it clear twice I dont have one

Wow! First off, Susan and Sandy are amazing front end staff. They went out of their ways to have my son see Dr. Baby, knowing that the office is closed and Dr. Baby was about to leave. They did not turn us away when we needed them the most. More surprisingly, they entertained my son to have him not thinking about his pain while waiting for Dr. Baby. I was deeply touched. Dr. Baby was knowledgeable, gentle and attentive making my son very relaxed. In the end, my son was well again thanks to their kindness and compassion. Myself and family will be your patients from now on. Thank you sincerely.

First visit with Dr.kanwal kaur…. Highly impressed and recommended…. Front staff was little rude but doc was so nice 5 stars
