Buying our new vehicle from SMP has been an amazing experience. The staff was helpful and very easy to work with. We encountered a small problem with the truck we purchased a day or two after we took possession and Sullivan's went above and beyond to fix our truck. If and when we decide to buy another new vehicle, it will definitely be at Sullivan's.

The dealer was great to deal with but it took 17 months from the time I ordered the truck to delivery and an extra 10000 more. I had phoned other dealers they had ordered the same truck 5 months after I had and received it within 9months. Gm was terrible to deal with will never buy a new gm product. Which is a shame our family has bought nothing but gm products for nearly 80 years. Love the truck so far

Their service department assured me that the problems with my vehicle were all covered by warranty after the vehicle was fixed a manager I had never seen before showed up and told me that actually nothing was covered and tried to give me a bill for over 1000$

I was on my way to Arizona for the winter and my truck broke down in Kamloops. Truck couldn’t be repaired so I purchased another truck from them and they delivered it to Kamloops for me. Awesome.
