Low prices, High quality. There is no doubt that Sultan Hair Design is one of the best barber'shops in Vancouver. Ran as a family small business Place by husband and wife, this place has much more skills than 90% barber'shops of the whole British Columbia! Not five stars only because sometimes It does not open in time: this is the only trouble you can get, unless you book your cut by phone call.

Neat place when you are looking for a quick hairdo, especially early in the mornings.

Reasonable charges, decent styling.

This old barber is seriously a mess It’s my worst experience in any saloon in Canada And I think I myself can cut my hair better then him. Seriously guys it’s a genuine advice never ever visit this saloon for any kind of service

It was the worst experience i ever had. Sultaan had no experience of cutting hair, he just tell people, you had used oil that's why your hair don't looks preety good. I told him to wash my hair but he totally ignored me and my friend. Then i shows him pictures and requested just to follow that hair style but he used his own methods. At last he charged me $25 just for simple hair cut and told me that i had spend lots of time for hair cut. I advise you all don't visit him ever

Barber is great, didn't talk a lot and exhibited fine haircut skills. Got me simple and cool haircut without too much communicating. Very good for a person who is not good at talking like me. He didn't have any smell.maybe that customer from one of the previous reviews made a mistake? I m going here tommorrow and see how my second haircut goes.

I am literally most picky guy I know for hair cut. I like flat top type haircut and I used to pay 120$ at these fancy places and never had consistency. I used to use Simon who was rated #1 in canada and honestly sultan is more consistent and costs 12$! I give him 20 with pleasure. If ur a guy that doesn't like scissors used and u want a cut with clippers this man is easily the best anywhere in van in 25yrs that I've tried finding someone who actually listens and has skill with clippers not scared of it. I have no stress now when I go get hair cut lol finally

Worst hair cut experience ever. The barber stank of bad odour and gave me a hair cut that can be best described as amateur. Won’t be going there again

Very reasonably priced. Staff is always welcoming and friendly. Despite the low price, the cuts are pretty good. Just tell them what to do and they will do exactly what you told them. I would highly recommend them to anyone who doesn't want to sacrifice quality for price.

Got a great haircut (exactly what I asked for) for a good price and in a short time. Definitely will be returning and making Sultan my go to place for haircuts.

The place is cheap so is the quality of cut you get. The lady who cut my hair seems no experience as she lack knowledge of styling. When I told her my hair are not in shape she told it's my mistake that I didn't keep my head straight (Seriously?)
Go somewhere else and spending a little more will be better

Barber did a very poor job of listening to what I asked, he the rushed haircut and failed to finish the back of my head. I’ve had to book another appointment elsewhere to have the job corrected and fished. Would not recommend.
