Summit Grill Valemount

Amazing service from Matthew from Manchester! Had a great experience after a full day of snowmobiling. Highly recommend for quality food for amazing value.

I recently made a stop at the Best Western in Valemount on my way to Alberta. I ate dinner at the Summit Grill located in the hotel. The food was fantastic, the server was very friendly and accommodating. The wait time for an almost empty restaurant was a little slow but otherwise good food and clean atmosphere. Would eat here again.

What can I say, 2 stars is being generous. The service was awful, the food extremely overpriced in comparison to other local businesses. The restaurant menu seemed quite small but could be reflective of staffing shortages. The food when it showed up (after 1+ hours) was basically cold. Both taps ran out of beer at the same time to spiral the evening into a complete sober disaster.

Been here many times over the past 10 years, This time something was different, the Quality of food and the care in the preparation and presentation has improved substantially, service level is excellent,
Great meal, fair price, fair portion, nice experience.

Pretty decent food quality. Service was lacking attentiveness. However; to be fair, even though it wasn't super busy, they seemed understaffed.
