Very good selection on various brands of hand tools. The employees are always friendly and helpful with helping me locate what I need.

Good place to buy tools, they have all brands, and good prices, they had offers from Bosch and DeWalt, telescopic circular saws with laser and extendable work table at a very good price. It is worth it if you use gloves, cordless tools, light weight hammers for heavy work, supports, rulers, in short.better go, take a look, you will surely find what you have not been able to see elsewhere

Great deals on everything you need, must visit place for all trades, only one suggestion if they can open on Sunday for few hours, it'll boost your sale 100% cuz most of tradesman are busy during weekdays

Wide range of tools and epmnt.to choose from. Helpful staff, tools were fairly priced, parking space was just fine. In and out was a "breeze".

A few days ago, I went to get some hammers and other tools. The place has a vast variety of products, and the service was excellent. It helped a lot to receive assistance in Spanish from a guy called Rafael, due my low proficiency in english (since I also speak spanish). Thank you for the support, Rafael.

I went in and they had a tracksaw kit on sale. The salesman told me they are on sale till end of next week or sold out. They had 7 left.
I went out of town and called 2 days ago. I was told they had 2 left and another salesman confirmed the price. But because they have the worst website in existence you cant purchase online. But he said they can take etransfer. I called this morning to do an etransfer. I was told that i was incorrect and the price was for a different model. Funny how the picture I took wasnt for a different model. Then it was was it hadn't been on sale for that price for a "while". This salesman than said it went off sale last weekend. He put me thru to the manager who first interrupted me when I was trying to explain what had happened and than he said the price changed Wednesday. WOW. I spoke to 4 different people over 7 days and got 3 different answers. I tried to explain to the manager that the price wasnt as much of an issue as everyone giving me a different answer. He didn't seem to understand. This isnt the first time I had an issue with their sales people. Good thing there are other tool stores.

It is the best tool store I have ever been to, without a doubt I will return many more times, and many thanks to Rafa Soto who attended me and was very kind, without a doubt the best store by far

I go there on occasion looking for tools. The staff are helpful and kind. The prices are a bit lower then the big box stores.

Uhm customer service in person seemed really good.i spent almost 100 dollars more than what I was planning on spending though as I always see things that would make my work faster/easier or potentially higher quality

Had almost all my tool needs, one tool in particular was currently out of stock till next week. But definitely Summit had some of the best tool prices around! If you've never been it's worth checking out.

Good prices, good selection. But! The service is too much, like literally you get asked if you need help every aisle you go down. I understand that theft is problem, and that service can be used as a deterrent, but when your just trying to make a purchasing decision, it’s not helpful, it rude. Leave me alone! I’ll ask for help if I need it.

When you rush in the door with five minutes until closing, and are enthusiastically greeted and someone else goes out of their way to offer assistance and gives great advice, you're at the right place.

Here's qn organization that has cracked the code on excellent service level. From the warm entrance greeting to EXTREMELY helpful staff, you can feel they truly appreciate your business. Couple that with a wide selection of tools at highly competitive prices, monthly specials and easy checkout service and I would say Canadian Tire and Home Depot have something to worry about as far as tools go.

My go to for milwaukee tools, same or better prices than home depot, and the people who work here actually know what they're talking about

My husband and I were a little worried after reading some negative review in regards to the return policy. We had no problem at all returning our purchase we got a full refund. The garden trimer and chain saw were not used. They have an issue with people using the tools for a few days then they tey to return them.

Sadly had a really bad experience this morning on the phone. Politely asked a question and was met with an unfortunate response and then I was hung up on. It’s too bad when one employee blows it for the company. I will be taking my business elsewhere: (

Incredible value on decent quality tools, and huge selection. Tools and equipment available for every budget and skill levels. Staff are everywhere and eager to help if you need it. If they don't have it, you almost certainly don't need it.

I like this place for tool deals. Thier house brands can be a little cheap but great for throw away ite.s. Great selection of name brand tools a really good prices.

Hate going to Summit Tools because every time I go, I end up buying something!? They always have some neat gadgets to purchase. It is a good store to buy power tools for the BF because if he wants to take back, they have a record on file as long as you have an account. Have bought him several Milwaukee tools and accessories!?

What a selection! This is my new favourite store in the Vancouver area. I am sort of new to the area. I am very glad I discovered this store sales associate was very pleasant and helpful. He also gave me a great deal on this one key Milwaukee fuel table saw that I have been wanting the cashier associate was very pleasant she made me smile. Can't wait to shop there again highly recommended by this contractor

Some good products and good prices, but run like big box stores. Employees are know nothing teenagers that are new hires every time you visit.

Much better than KMS. Parking is sometimes a challenge though. Clean, orderly, well stocked and great prices.

They carry some brand-name tools, but watch out for the cheap in-house tool brands they carry - like Samona and Summit. Twice now I have purchased these and had them fail within days (e.g. Hole saw teeth broke off upon first use, ratchet jammed after one week). Never again!

Whomever answered the phone this morning needs a lesson in customer service. Our company needed a large order of a specific item - he was rude and grumpy to put it nicely. Hey- If you don’t enjoy your job.retire.

This is very good for construction working tools and also home gardening equipment and products. When they on sale is very cheap almost half price.

Great place to look for decent prices and decent quality home and hand tools. You will be surprised sometimes with what you find inside. Parking is decent.

Generally a good place for tools with good prices. They have house brand tools at very good prices though I am not sure of the quality as I always buy name brand higher end tools. I asked them to price match a level from another store that had a sale on and they wouldn't. That was a bit disappointing as so many retailers will.

Had a great experience when this company was out of respirators. They called and followed up numerous times to reach me and answered all my questions which enabled me to find the correct items needed for my project. All the cashiers are knowledgeable, kind, and super helpful. Thank you.

Summit had a price for 16 foot fat max measuring tapes for $5.98. I bought two only to find out they miss priced the item. Andre the general manager pull the price off the bin and refused to honor the price. Poor customer service and I thought by law they should honor the lower price. Not shopping there anymore

This was my first time there. A paradise for the handyman or contractor. They offer a sink at the entrance, so you can wash hands before entering the huge store. Bravo! The prices are honest and the choice is huge and certainly better than many big box hardware stores.
