From start to finish impressive. Professional and very well skilled. Very much appreciate all of the work this team has done to provide such good service. The online process was excellent and I was so surprised to receive an email link to an excellent phone app that should keep me on track with my home physio assignments.

More specifically my frozen shoulder tells the real story. During the session it was very clear that Kevin knew his work and performed the therapy well. My shoulder is already increased range of motion from one session.

Was dealing with Vertigo talked to a secretary for an appointment said the lady I asked for had no openings so I was put on a cancellation list which was fine then I found out from my RMT who gets the same treatment done as I said that this lady had a 215 opening so I called back to Sun City and got nothing but a condescending and very argumentative response from the secretary so I hung up not willing to put up with a rude person on the line in my view a very unprofessional response!

Wow! My first time at physiotherapy and I had a great experience. Doug was personable, thorough, helpful! Answered all my questions patiently! Never felt rushed! Fantastic!

I saw Paige at Sun City for low back pain and tennis elbow. She created an exercise program for me along with soft tissue therapy and shock wave therapy for the elbows. After 3 month of following her guidance and 5 visits I am extremely please with the improvement and grateful for her care. Paige is knowledgeable, dedicated and a lovely person. I will be recommending Paige to my family and friends without hesitation.

Philip was attentive and patiently conducted a variety of exercises to alleviate pain while teaching new techniques I can use at home to do the same. This made a tough circumstance instantly seem more bearable and it was very much appreciated!

I was diagnosed with BPPV two weeks ago. I was referred to the physiotherapist Paige in the waiting area at the ER by a patient who had also suffered from vertigo and I am thankful for that. Paige was very knowledgeable, professional, empathic and patient. From the very first session she helped me manage the vertigo and made me feel I was not alone with my problem.

Kevin was great and I totally felt a difference in my shoulder with just the one visit so that is awesome

Skylar took the time to determine exactly what the problems were, formulated a treatment approach, explained it clearly and thoroughly, and then began to tackle it immediately. She also followed up with an email detailing home exercises.

Robina is a vestibular therapist. She listened to me carefully, explained everything to me and then got to the root of my problem. She is excellent at her profession. I would highly recommend her.

It’s just waste of time and money. I am not satisfied with the treatment. Though they took me same day but to me not worth it go.

Chris H.has been instrumental in my long, arduous recovery. His knowledge of my condition and expected outcomes have been completely accurate and have helped ease the stress of being injured. Chris has effectively and quickly helped me get approval from Work Safe and has been better and more knowledgeable than my GP! On top of this he is caring and makes me feel positive that I will get through this. If you need a hand specialist THIS IS YOUR GUY!

I'm impressed with the professional service Sun City provides. Booking was easy and they send the booking to you to add to your calender quickly and easily and never miss an appointment. Upon entrance and through the building, the environment is very clean, relaxed, friendly. My therapist is absolutely the best! She gives me her undivided attention, delivers her service with transparency, much care, her assessments are thorough, her guidance in session is on par and not intimidating at all, she is very informative the whole time. I'm definitely coming back! Thank you

I have been seeing Paige several times for a shoulder issue I got from slipping at work and she was always serious in getting my condition better. She is very patient and I can feel her dedication to help me. And today was exceptional, I went to see her again and her compassion soothed not just my aching shoulder and locked neck but most especially she touched my “aching”mind and heart from a traumatic experience that happened recently at work. She went out of her way to listen and encourage me to talk to ease the experience. I have been to different clinics and experienced being brushed off when you asked questions. Receptionist also are very pleasing and accommodating.

My initial consultation was very informative and care given with my injury. Recommend Sun City.

I started seeing Paige a few months ago due to a workplace knee injury. She has been unreal in helping me strengthen my leg and knee, as well as my whole health. In appointments she is attentive to your needs, she is hands-on to improve your injury, and she is very on top of the current best practices and methods to help you improve. Additionally to the amazing standard of care she gives to your injury, she is also super caring in such she cares more than just the problem she is treating, she genuinely cares about you as a person and how you are doing in life all around. I am thankful for all her hard work and empathy, and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a physiotherapist!

This is my second time using Sun City Physiotherapy and the reason for returning is that Kevin Boss is still there. The careful hands and good results are important so I will continue to use their excellent services.

Cannot recommend Kevin Bos highly enough! I've booked with him previously for some back pain and the treatment he provided along with recommendations for changes I could make completely fixed the problem. I'm back now with a bad ankle sprain and within the first treatment he has already helped me get back on my feet (still a ways to go but progress is always good).

Kevin does a great job of meeting you where you are with your injury while pulling you forward into recovery.

Paige is friendly personable and knowledgeable! She made me feel super comfortable right off the bat, and that she was truly invested in my recovery!

Robina is terrific. I have suffered from vertigo for a number of years and have had treatments from other practitioners. These treatments were somewhat successful but not nearly as successful as Robina's treatments. Also, she is extremely knowledgable, calm, concerned and reassuring. She explains everything that she is doing during the treatment. Thank you, Robina.

Such an amazing clinic. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Rob Heimbach, he was so amazing, healed my separated shoulder in a month and went above and beyond!

I’ve been to numerous physiotherapists over the last few years and this SunCity Is the best! They have a great team of professionals and I have seen huge improvements with my injury. They helped identify the problem and tried a few different approaches until we found the perfect method. I am grateful for their help and will happily recommend them!

I went to Sun City Physiotherapy for IMS treatments with Kevin and it was excellent. All of the staff is helpful and friendly. Kevin is very knowledgeable and is very good at explaining the issues and treatment in a simple manner.

I have seen Jen and Jordan for physio! Both were excellent after I got into a car accident. The exercises and therapy were exactly what I needed to recover! The front desk staff are super friendly as well.
