Bad review. I took my girlfriend to see a dentist. I made an appointment in advance. I was informed that I didn’t make an appointment on the same day. I couldn’t see it. The internal management is too poor. I don’t know how high the doctor’s level is. The management is really bad. I don’t recommend it.

Bad review Don't come. Call a week in advance to make an appointment at 9am. I purposely go to see my dentist two hours early before going to work. The results told me that they didn't give me an appointment and I couldn't watch today. I had to wait another 40 minutes before I could do a simple checkup. Really wasting my time no! Want! Come! ! ! ! ! !

Very bad experience at this place,
The receptionist is not professional and welcoming.
She charges you any price that she wants. They are abusing the system and it is overpriced.
I wouldn’t recommend this place.

It was a disappointing experience at the clinic. They lack proper procedures. A small corner of my tooth had cracked off. The dentist suggested to the receptionist that an adjustment should be made for me because the filling was based on the material used. The procedure didn't even require anesthetic, which indicates how minor the damage was. The whole process took only 5 minutes. However, the receptionist chose to ignore the dentist's recommendation and made no adjustments. While they might not be technically wrong, their lack of transparency and seemingly deceitful behaviour is highly unethical.

Dr Wong was nice and very informative. The filling process was took only about 30 minutes, and the entire process was quick and easy.

Dr. Yang is so professional and efficient. Got my two wisdom teeth removed real quick. Great experience here!

Our family members are visiting this clinic for years. Dr Yang is knowledgeable and experienced. The reception girls are always kind polite and helpful. My parents have been taken care of by them. Thank for the team.

Really unprofessional and bad service. The doctor kept saying it is so bad while conducting the service and blamed me for having the vomit issue and wasting his time. The reception staff is good at shirking responsibilities and unwilling to make an inquiry about the dental insurance. It is a nightmare at this dental clinic, I can not imagine what I have been through while dealing with them. If you ever have a choice, don not go there.

Absolutely amazing experience! The caring and patient receptionists, kind and gentle dental assistant, as well as the professional and skilled Dr. Kevin Wong made the dental visit very enjoyable! Will definitely transfer the rest of my family members to Sun Dentistry!

I recommend everyone to see Dr Kevin Wong. Super nice guy and makes you feel comfortable and relaxed in the dental chair. Assistants could be better but Dr Wong is great. Nice receptionist too.

I've been a patient here for a couple years, and during the last couple of checkup visits, I had a feeling that their billing practice is shady because the numbers don't seem to add up, but I didn't bother to check.

Well, I just had another checkup visit after the pandemic restriction was lifted, and this time I checked the invoice they gave me. My insurance pays 80%. The receptionist says the insurance was gonna pay them $295.40, and I have to pay $75.60 because the total is $371. I didn't look very closely at the invoice when she gave it to me, but I just checked with my insurance, and it turns out, $295.40 is the amount they submitted, which should be the total amount. My insurance says they're gonna pay 80% of $295.40, which is $236.32, and I'm responsible for only $59.08.

They made me pay $16.52 more than I should. I don't mind paying more, but I do mind being misled, and made to be a fool. It looks like I have to find a new dentist now.

Dr. Royce Yang provides the most professional services that I’ve ever received. He’s super detail oriented. Kept me informed on every steps of the procedure. He’s definitely my go-to dentist in town!

Dr. Michael Ho and his staff are the BEST of all the dental offices in Vancouver! I think I would even rank them top of Canada compared all the past dentists I have visited around the country. From the moment I step into the clinic, I was greeted by their friendly front desk personnel, she was super helpful in assisting me to complete the administrative paperwork. Despite being a busy clinic, they were able to keep to their schedule and no time was wasted. Dr. Ho was very detailed in performing the dental work, while skillfully gentle during the entire time that I did not feel pain at all. My experience is beyond pleasant every time I visited the clinic and have no hesitation in recommending Dr. Ho & co.to anyone!
