Called to inquire about organic produce, they hung up on me and stopped answering my calls. Then I tried to call from a different number and they answered right away, said they don’t have organic and when I asked why they hung up on me, she did it again. Definitely don’t go here if you want good customer service.

Super cheap! If that's what your looking for the single cashier is very nice! Busy place! If you go here don't look for customer service or guality but enjoy the price

Beware they will overcharge you and you cannot see what prices they are giving.was told the price was 1.99 then when I got home I came and saw they charged me 2.99. I assumed it was a mistake and came back the next day to buy more groceries and ask about the error.thats when the owner became conformational and aggressive yelling and throwing the groceries that I purchased to the ground.horrible customer service directly from owner go elsewhere.

Usually good produce, but sometimes not that great. But best prices in town, and staff is super friendly.

Very good prices! I've rode my bike past here many times but never stopped. Much more inside that you cannot see from the street. Worth the trip!

Very bad quality. Things are almost close to expery or expired.
Fruits and vegetables are v bad quality.
If you're going there please watch before buying.

Messy stall and unorganized parking lot in the rear was my first impression. Unfortunately store is on a busy street so to shop here, you have drive in to alley next to store. But people parked on the same alley making it tight to drive in and out. Cars were parked haphazardly in the rear. People used lot to make their u-turns instead of parking there. Store carries a good selection of fruits and vegetables and prices are good, too.

First time here. Scored an amazing deal on pineapples. Bought organic Okanagan cherries, Papaya, Apricots, Moringa Powder, cashews, watermelon, fresh aloe vera.
The organic cherries, apricots, watermelon, alo vera, all were fresh.
The only problem I had to come back and get a return for was papaya. I blame the truck driver for the bad papayas for failing to keep it in good conditon.
Also good: They loaded my car for me and accurately picked and counted my order for me. No shortages.
Things I would like to see improved:
1) Bug zappers with UV light hanging near produce to protect it from insects
2) More coolers for high end produce like cherries, rasberries, strawberries
3) Fix the leaky roof outside. (SEE PHOTOS)
4) Don't leave the doors open. This is unsanitary.
5) Keep the high end fresh produce INSIDE away from bugs and other disease carrying pests. DON'T be the reason we have a rat infestation!
6) Declutter your store. I found it to be overwhelmingly cluttered and disorganised. Less SKUS means it is easier to shop.
7) Not accessible to people with mobility disabilities. The place is too cramped and there is no way to shop in a wheelchair because aisles are too narrow.
8) Produce here is not the freshest I have seen. They need to learn to keep produce that goes bad quickly INSIDE and keep more hearty plants outside everywhere else.
9) I want to see rat trap cages but did not see any. Food safety seems sketchy.
10) This place is best used for wholesaling produce if you want the freshest orders. The stuff they put out for retail sales isn't fresh enough for the price they are asking.
11) MOVE YOUR HANDS AND KEEP YOUR PARKING LOT AND ENTIRE STORE CLEAN. SERIOUSLY BAD HYGEINE HERE. SPEND LESS TIME ON PHONE AND MORE TIME WITH MR. CLEAN AND A RAG.

Yikes! I went to see a co-workers new house a few blocks away. I popped in to get some items. I had to park in the back as there is no street parking on te main street.
There was piles of veggie boxes and spoiles fruit on the ground. I went down the lane way to the side entrance and walked in a couple of feet. Very dirty, unorganized and the produce is grade 2-3. The prices were okay, however, due to the poor quality.
Sorry, this is a BIG pass for fruits and veggies.

THEY JUST HIDE THE EXPIRE DATES OF PRODUCTS, that is the reason stuff is cheap here.

Invoice is only given when asked for.
Tried to charge me 12% more than posted price, only came to know when asked for invoice, multiple times. Then tried to blame me for picking the goods from somewhere else, Whereas same product was not available at the charged price.
