Eileen was super helpful in selecting a quality board for the right price - she never tried to sell or push anything over my budget. She was kind enough to meet in the off-season when the shop wasn't even open yet. Rentals are also very affordable for when family & friends come into town. Thank you Eileen:)

Eileen is my go-to person for Sup knowledge and stock of high quality boards and related merchandise. I find Eileen and her crew at the shop to be a generous source of information about everything related to paddle boarding and local conditions, plus they make you feel so welcome! Sun n'Sup is a real gem of a paddling retail destination in the southern Okanagan.

Very nice boards and lake area BUT the older women (who i’m assuming is the owner) was very very very rude and condescending to her staff.i was standing right in front of her when she was aggressively telling her young employee not to do something (she looked to be 18).

also, their system for taking the boards to the lake is so flawed, they put way too much confidence in people to transport $2000 boards by themselves! I think having a tent set up at the lake with boards ready to go with an employee that can transport them safely would make much more sense.don’t recommend just renting if you don’t usually paddle board or never have not because paddle boarding is hard but because getting to the water is nearly impossible
