Amazing service all around can’t say enough good about Sun Valley Pools and Spa in Duncan BC

Thanks to all the staff at Sun valley pools and spas in Duncan. Wes and Lori provided such an easy hassle free experience in removing our old hot tub and installing our new amazing hot tub we had no downtime in using the new one at all. The on site staff were friendly knowledgeable and even entertained our dogs while the hot tub was filling up with water. The crew packed up and picked up all tools and garbage and left our property clean and our new Jacuzzi hot tub read to go.

I don't often leave a message but I am so happy with my hot tub and the support I get from the staff at Sun Valley and Spas I just had to.
This business is not like others they get their sale and can't be bothered to help you when you have problems. I almost bought a hot tub from another business but they wouldn't accept my credit card for the deposit they and wanted a certified check. So thankfully I didn't buy the tub.
Also at Sun Valley I got the price I was promised but I didn't buy the tub for six months.
If you are looking for a good and trust worthy business all I can say they always go the extra mile for their customers.

Apart from being extremely knowledgeable and helpful, these folks are so friendly, and remember us whenever we go in. We bought our hot tub elsewhere but switched shops for buying chemicals because they were so great. If we ever replace our hot tub, we will definitely buy here.
