My mother in law got excellent care here. The caregivers in Marigold were very good to her. The place is clean and doesn't smell.
Only reason we moved her after a year and a half was that we needed her closer to where we live

If you care about your loved ones do not put them in this facility, my grandpa used to be here and the amount of neglect I saw made me sick to my stomach, they had trouble even just brushing his teeth, the care is very unhygienic and it seems like there’s not enough staff to give proper care. Please please do not choose this facility

My Mother was placed into Suncreek in 2011 after my Dad couldn't manage her care at home anymore. The whole staff throughout the years were very good to her. For the first few years she was partially lucid and the bingo and other activities were a great help to her. The last years she was unable to do anything, she needed 24/7 care. Anytime I was there she seemed comfortable, was always in clean clothes and bedding. This past year, 2022, my Dad passed in June. The staff were very supportive of myself since they had developed a good relationship with both my Dad and myself. My Mom sadly passed in September after a couple of months of rapidly deteriorating health problems. The staff were very helpful in the last few days of her life there. I thank each and every person at Suncreek for their support and caring of my Mom for the past 11 years.

My husband stayed in Suncreek for three years. He was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s, and so we decided that he could no longer be at home as it was just too difficult for him. He needed 24 hour care. I have to say the staff and management everyone who worked there did a marvellous job of looking after him and all the other residents. The parties the activities and all the crafting was a wonderful diversion for my husband. He enjoyed it all. He recently passed away, and I wanted to say what a wonderful time he had at Suncreek. Also he enjoyed time walking around in the outside courtyards which are a real treat. I must also mention that the home was always spotless, the cleaning staff is to be commended. I would highly recommend this facility.

Great place for seniors with complex needs that no longer can be cared for at home. When my father came here, everything he needed was cared for by such friendly, welcoming staff. It didn’t cut his life short by going to a facility when there were so many activities, music, baking and one to one time spent with him and the rest of the people living there. They really know how to make it feel like your home.
