Sundance Apartments

I have lived in this building for about 1 year and me and my wife had fabulous experience. Specially our building manager Grace Yau is a fabulous and kne hearted person. She has always helped us in every way possible, be it be related to tenant issues or beyond. I give this building 5 stars all over.

Sundance Apartment is a very convenient and comfortable place. Fortunately, I met a very good staff. It went very smoothly from viewing to check-in. I hope I can have good memories here.

Sundance was a great place to live and I very much enjoyed my time there. The common areas were kept clean through my 18 month stay and the building managers formerly Maicke and now Grace were always very responsive. Despite numerous negative reviews about deposit deduction fees, I can say my inspection was done fairly and I'm satisfied with the amount returned. The new management team have definitely taken previous feedback on board so great job and thanks again for having me.

I didn't end up renting here but the process to view the apartments during lock down was exceptional. Maicke walked me through the space, spent a lot of time understanding my concerns, highlighting what I was interested in and showing me different angles and views. It was so nice to have a person on the other end of the screen rather than some online based 3D view. The apartments had great sized rooms and an amazing amount of storage space compared to similar places I viewed.

We have lived here for 2 years and absolutely love it. It was our first time renting. George is always quick at responding to any fixes that need to be made (which are little to none). We first moved into the studio and then moved into a one bedroom and just recently a two bedroom. Each move they accommodated us and gave us a few days cross over of both units to ensure ample time to move and clean. The building is in a great location in the heart of Lonsdale and close to everything. It’s a newer building and all of the units we’ve lived in have been in excellent condition. We rarely hear any of our neighbors. The other tenants are friendly. The cleaning standard for moving out is high, but it ensures the place is left in great condition for the next tenant, just like when you got it. It’s a good quality place to live and the hallways and lobby are always clean. 100% would recommend living here, for all ages and families.

Its a great building and the management are the best Ali and George.building is clean inside and out.its quiet and very relaxing.groceries and restaurants are just few steps away.

Our family enjoyed staying at Sundance Apt.for almost 3 years. The suite was clean, well built and very quite. The management team, Ali and George were very professional and responsive to every questions or demands we had. Great location with great views.

A great central location with an awesome manager who is always available and gets thing done fast and with such a great attitude. Building is well built and very well maintained. Apartments are really well designed for maximum use of space.

My experience of living here with my son for two years was really satisfactory. Locations and well-managed apartments buildings couldn't be better. Two managers, Ali & George, were very helpful and friendly.

I lived here for one year. It is a really quite building and the building manager, Ali, is so caring and responsive. I honestly enjoyed my time here but then I had to move to somewhere else more closer to my school. After 3 months living in my new location and dealing with lots of problems and noisy neighbors, I decided to move back here again. This building is a great place to live in and i am not planning on moving anywhere else anytime soon.

My unit was 512 Mountain View which is spectacular all year, it’s a Quiet non-smoker no pet building also if your a barbecue person it’s Available only on six floor.

My unit was warm in Winter since it’s a floor heated building.

Elham is very nice friendly person who responds to my needs Quickly, and also George fixes everything that is broken.

The building is nice and clean all the time, and mangers doesn’t Tolerate smoking inside which was perfect for me.

It’s close to all your needs, bus stop, grocery hospital clinic, London drugs And so on.

Remember that there is high expectation of cleaning when you move out which is fair for next person.

I lived one year and then move to other unit since I needed a bigger place.

I’ve been living here since March 2018. Our building recently built, modern, stylish very well kept and always clean and safe.
Ali and George are the best managers. They are always friendly, helpful and very kind. George is always ready to help immediately with any issues arise.
It’s amazing place to live and I am so delighted to be as a tenant.

My stay here at Sundance Apartments was wonderful, safe, and welcoming. I felt comfortable and right at home from the moment I entered the building. Very well maintained, clean building and excellent management. Very prompt responses to any concerns and always ready to serve at a moments notice. Would highly recommend this place. Location is prime and the view of the North Shore mountains simply breathtaking! Two thumbs up!
