So bland. They usually have side dishes whenever I order this food. Just a bit disappointed for lack of consistency.

This girl is very rude! Customers they have a right if they want to give the tips or not! But dont pushing the customer to give yiou a tips and also stil you need to assist properly the customer doesn’t matter they give or not the tips right! But this girl she didnt assist me she didnt given me a water or tea! She told me i do it my self to get water or tea! This girl i never give tips anymore!

They've got a very wide selection of items on their menu, with both bubble tea and Taiwanese dishes! Of course with some sunflower decor, it's a very cute place. I highly recommend their rose milk tea:)

The crispy salted chicken noodles are excellent and have a Taiwanese taste! The female clerk is very polite, and there are many types of drinks

I ordered take out bubble tea and got it pretty fast but the coconut milkshake Gad entire chunks of ice the size of small ice cubes throughout the entire drink? I was under the impression that bubble tea was blended not just liquid with huge ice chunks to chew. It really hurt my teeth just chewing on this milky ice.

Bad service. I ordered mango milkshake but he made mango milk tea. I told I can't drink tea now bcz it contains caffeine, other I would take it. Then he took that milk tea cup and used it, slushed, then gave it to me the same. I ordered small size, they made large size.

Not the worst bubble tea. If you order general Tsaos chicken you'll get half cooked potatoe strips as a side.

I bought a mint milk tea with mango star for take out then I found a strange thing inside the cup that sticked to the topping. It‘s like sand but it was grey (black and white). Really disgusting!
I called to complain and they left me on the phone, speaking chinese with another people!

This place offers Korean dish on top of their bubble tea. The price of the dish is quite expensive for a small serving. If you are a looking for a price for a big serving this is not the place for you. Also, their washroom needs attention.

Decently priced, and food is consistently good. My favourite is the seafood udon and chicken nuggets.

I found a long hair buried inside of my Thai-style diced chicken fried rice (as you can see from the attached photo) and was none too pleased. Other than that, the taste was good but their service and hospitality could use some improvement

Ordered Black Pepper Pork on Rice and Fried Noodles with Cumin for pick-up from Skip. Taste was alright. But waiting to pick up took too long since everyone is in the same line - including diners who are hemming and hawing about what they want to order. Would not return.

The food here is ok but the place needs a deep cleaning - there's food on the bench chairs and spider web on the ceiling. Their highchair is just so dirty that we decided to have our kid stay on the stroller. I hope the owner sees this message.

Ordered takeout from here through door dash and on the whole really enjoyed the food. We had Braised Ground Pork in Dry Noodles, Braised Beef Noodles with Soup Fried Rice with Chicken Nuggets, Deep Fried Fish Cake and Wonton in Chilli Sauce. I really enjoyed all the mains which were tasty and arrived piping hot. The fish cake was a bit soggy and not my favorite though still tasty and the wonton was just in a chilli oil rather than an actual sauce like I'm used to. I think it may have been my husband's first time he had Taiwanese food but he was blown away by all the flavors. I'll definitely order again from here.

For a bubble tea place, they have a lot of food and is actually a lot more like a restaurant. 2 stars because I really do not recommend dining in at this place.

Their food is not bad but there is a person who’s mentally ill and does not wear masks and bugs the customers that dines in… the restaurant says they’ve contacted police but could not remove this problematic person.

I also had a stomachache after dining in.

Tasty and simple dry noodle.i wish the egg could be more juicy, it felt a bit overcooked for me, but considering the price the portion and taste pretty good.the avocado smoothie is good too.

Ordered a Togo item went there and the lady said she mistakenly given it to someone else but he will be back in 5 mins just wait for the exchange. THIS IS COVID TIMES. HAVING SOMEONE ELSE TAKEN MY FOOD AND THEN SELLING IT AGAIN BACK TO ME IS NOT OKAY! I DONT KNOW IF HE HAS OPENED IT OR NOT? HOW WOULD YOU LIKE THE FOOD YOUR GOING TO EAT WAS TOUCHED BY OTHER STRANGERS?

It's a very accessible bubble tea store around Joyce station area. I find the drinks a little bit on the pricy side. Most drinks taste fair enough to quench your thirst during the warmer weather.

We ordered deep fried pork chop and deep fried pork intestine to try:) I recommend to remove the deep friend pork intestine in the menu.

Having lived in Taiwan for about a decade, I can comfortably say that this is by far the most authentic Taiwanese food I have had in Canada. Portions aren't huge, but the flavours are correct - everywhere else I have tried has either added too much salt, or gotten the spice mix wrong. Prices are approximately 2-3x higher than what the food would cost in Taiwan. To me, the food was well worth the money. My spouse (who is Taiwanese) and I will definitely be ordering again.

Great local gem for reasonable priced bbt compared to commercial bbt chains. I got the coconut mango slush with mango stars and it's such a great pairing! Wish I live close by.

My roommates and I can't stop ordering take out from this place. The food is great. I wish they'd add a few more vegetarian options, but the sweet and sour tofu dish is insanely good.

The bubble tea was surprisingly good with reasonable price (food on delivery apps usually have higher prices). Anyways, I am happy with what I ordered!

This is my friend's "go-to" bubble tea place so I decided to give it a try after dinner in the neighbourhood. The first visit, I got a mango slush which tasted extremely uninspiring. My friend claims that they use real fruit but I suspect they are made from powder. I did revisit a second time and the results were again extremely lackluster. In a city with so many bbt options, I will never again get this bbt. They do have food options though which I may try in the future.

Terrrible service, was the only person in front of the counter with 2 staff behind it doing their own things. Waited for them to finish what they were doing but they both chose to ignore me. Instead, in walks 2 food delivery guys and they rush to serve them their orders. What happened to queues? Was i invisible or are they just plain rude?

The place is the worst. I waited an hour to eat in just to have my food packaged and left on the counter. The server can't even tell what i was ordering off the menu. When we checked our food, it was not even what e ordered.

Small and cozy place with fast n friendly customer service. Open late til 12pn and yoi guys can order delivery through skip the dishes or uber, DoorDash.
The longan hot tea and fruit tea is really good.

I ordered off skip and wanted to have more pearls so I bought more but there is not option so i clicked coconut jelly and wrote in the special instructions to NOT add coconut jelly and just add nore pearls. They didn't listen, andnI trief calling but they just kept hanging up and not answering my call. Please listen and read the instructions next time guys. I was quite disappointed, and not answering calls when the store is still open I find very unprofessional and not a good look on a business. Try harder and do better for the future. On tip of that the serving of the toppings were SO small it was quite frustrating and took over 50 minutes to get to me, yet it said 35 minutes.

The bubble tea was delicious! The best I've had until now, I recommend the fresh watermelon and the fresh taro so delicious!

Skip The Dishes might be the only way to get service here. We’ve ordered many time and always enjoyed their food.

However I thought since I’m in the area around lunch time maybe I’ll go in and order instead of Skip taking from their profits and actually tip them rather than a driver.

There was a single other person in the restaurant who was already eating when I arrived - I took a seat “anywhere” as instructed, read the menu and made my selection. Like in most venues I closed the menu to indicate that I was ready. 15 minutes later I walked out and went somewhere else as I’ve made eye contact with both employees who are giggling and chatting to eachother, have served another walk in while I’ve been waiting and have gone back to leaning on the counter.

I was not acknowledged again since arriving in the 20 minutes I was there with a single other diner in the restaurant who already had food, and two employees clearly not doing anything and who had helped a walk in with a take away.

We have eaten here one other time where we were served at our table. So if this has become an “order at counter” type venue - it does not say so on the menu or at the counter and nobody told me so in the 20 minutes I was there.

I’ve worked in the service industry and have compassion for people in these jobs, I usually lend a great deal of benefit of the doubt for many things. But this is my first time posting a terrible review. And I cannot think of a single good reason for what happened here today.

I used to live in this neighbourhood and they used to be cash only but now they take debit too! Down for their avocado milkshake

They now accept DEBIT and CREDIT no longer cash yay. Love to come here for the omelet with fried tentacles and bubble tea. Just a minute away from Joyce skytrain

Service when I came for pickup order was poor. Vegetarian fried noodles were very disappointing, flavourless and oily. The tofu was so bland. Pork kimchi noodles were fine, but lots of tough pieces of cabbage in both dishes from the bottom of the cabbage. Taiwan fried chicken was good. Bubble tea was average. Prices are fine but quality was low, I would not come back. Both of us also felt unwell after eating.

Good price, lots of options, parking around back (close to shop) cute shop and most importantly, very yummy!

The drink was fine, we especially liked the bubbles in it. However, it’s very obvious the drinks are made from straight tap water, so there’s strong chlorine/chemical tap water taste from the drink.

Just ate and ordered half a duck only $13 great value for money in a no frills diner. Damn tasted food and great service!

Got the honey green milk tea and it tasted like they threw the entire bag of sugar in it. I don't know anyone who would be okay with this and wish they would taste test their drinks before giving it to their customers. I felt so nauseous after my drink. Won't be coming back.

Nothing special about the food or price. But try the Taiwanese tea, it's the better option from the menu, for a decent price.

It's so slow. It's not that busy and there are two people working. I only ordered drinks and I sat there for 15min while there are 7 drink sitting on the counter.

Horrible service. Theyre rude and dont speak english so i spent time trying to ask them about the menu.

Love this place. The good is good, the bubble tea is good. The restaurant is large. I recently found out about their Ferrero Rocher bubble tea slush. This one is the one to get. I also like their beef rolls and cumin lamb dishes.

the only thing is that customer service is a little low.but I do understand after talking with them, they just aren't confident with their English so they do have anxiety when approaching customers. But they are trying:)

More like 4.5 stars. Got a bubble milk tea and Taiwanese fried chicken both for 11$, pretty good price. Both average but satisfy the cravings. Would recommend if you live nearby but not worth a decent trip, there are better options. Also, they only take cash.

When you order food and it says "order comes with 10 pieces. " You expect 10 pieces. NOT 6 PIECES. Stop cheaping out! I paid $8.50 for my dumplins in oil sauce. I expect 10 pieces NOT 6.
