My daughter and I were carrying a really big roll of super heavy carpet, walking past my car, and we lost our grip and it happened to land on and scrape the paint on the front two panels of my car. Really scuffed. I dropped into Sunnyside auto to see what options I had if it could be easily
Fixed. Thanks to Ben my car looks so good now. He did an amazing job! Thankyou! Am so impressed with the level of professionalism, attitude and care that Sunnyside auto took in fixing my car. Will definitely recommend them.

Overall good service, repairs were done well.
One star deduction as I found a small scratch that wasn't there when I dropped off the vehicle. When I brought it back they did tried to buff it out, but the scratch remains.
Wish they would offer to fix it properly, but since I can't proof that it happened there while the car was in their possession I am stuck with the scratch.

This was the worst experience that I have ever had. Considering we’ve done business before and I wasn’t bad the first time. But the second time was terrible! I’m not the type too make online complaints but don’t go somewhere that isn’t professional

Benjamen, the manager is awesome. He did an estimate for my paint scratch had some time that day. But given the time and minor work, decided to undercharge me given it was a faster job than usual with no parts needed, just streamlined labour and customer service.he is professional courteous and willing to go extra mile for customer.

It's been pulling teeth to get a quick side mirror replacement done. Had to ask for updates 3 times when they said they would follow up with me. Didn't tell me after scheduling me in. Called twice to find out my appointment date. Showed up and was told the parts did not arrive due to a dealer's mistake. Did not get a follow up on the day I was supposed to hear back. Called and was told the new date remained unknown. Had to look elsewhere due to a lack of response and unknown timeline.

Repaired the back bumper of my 2015 4Runner under icbc claim. They did very good job, the bumper is like brand new. They also cleaned my car inside. Appreciate for all the work; they made me feel very easy and simple to deal with this kind of troublesome thing…

They are by far the best shop I have used. They just know what they are doing and krs evident when you pick up your car. A no BS auto body shop.

I will recommend this body shop. My car looks amazing, better than I thought it would be, had a nice loaner car, the job was completed sooner than I expected and they cleaned it inside and out. Shelly was very informative and walked me through the process easily.

Terrible experience, first thing the shop didn't know what my car was doing there when I was told to drop it off. And when they took a look at it, I get a call back saying they didn't want to bother with the repair. Trash employees, weak management. My car had a simple issue and their workers weren't skilled enough to handle the problem. Be careful bringing your vehicle here.

If I could I would give them 0 stars. I'm not sure how they got a good rating. I've never been turned away from a mechanic before.

Only body shop willing to do a icbc estimate for my vehicle. They also fixed my friends Chrysler 300 and did a great job.

Efficient repair of my F150 after a hit and run. Did a great job even improving locking mechanism on my canopy rear doors.

Was above and beyond. They went out of their way to make sure my experience was great. Wow what a staff.

I used Sunnyside Autobody for the very first time last November when I had my first accident with my 2015 Volkswagen GTI.
I received STELLAR Service and so far I have been VERY pleased with the repair work. I would HIGHLY recommend Sunnyside Autobody! A fantastic local repair facility!
