Sunnyside Heights RV & MH Park

I called to book a long term site. She said that she might have one coming available and would let me know shortly, she asked when i would need it. I said id be pulling my camper down on the 16th. Today is the 8th. Calls back 5 minutes and demands that I pay her today. And then when I said that I'd give her my C. C for the spot.but I don't think I should have to pay for a week I am not there. She got rude. -5 stars if I could.

Would prefer a 0 star as well but no option for that. I called for a long term spot just now and was told that no vehicles older than 2000 are allowed in the park. What a crock considering the website says it welcomes vehicles of all sizes does not mention age requirements. Well someone else will get my money

Called for long term monthly rental was told they had spots available. While asking questions was asked the year of my unit. Then was told I could not stay as my unit is older than 10 years even though it has had extensive renovations. Asked if I had a converted Prevost that had just been professionally modified to a live in they again sad NO. I would prefer to leave 0 stars but cannot, I have to leave one to leave feedback. I could understand refusal if I were to pull up with a dilapidated unit but simple refusal on age is ridiculous.

Roger and elaine kicked me out in the middle of December for asking his wife why she parked behind me at noon. Best of luck to you others

We pulled into the campground and the girl from the office was talking to some bylaw guy in a truck. Sounded like the conversation was about who owned what land. I'll be with in a minute was her response after we had waited for 10 minutes. Waited another 10 minutes and then we left. Poor poor service.

Basic sites in a mobile home park. Sparse facilities and amenities.

Not an RV park. A permanent mobile home park with 4 RV sites. Stay away with a big rigs. Can't get out easy
