Everything went great. The only issue was that this facility only accepted cheques for payment. Due to mothers extreme rheumatoid arthritis and after effects of her stroke, signing cheques was difficult. It would be easier if they accepted alternative forms of payment like e-transfers.

Sister move in about a month ago, staff was very helpful. Everyone seemed to have all the knowledge one would expect in a setting of this nature. We are very satisfied so far.

My mother loves this place. It's clean, has great staff and we are very pleased with her care. Her needs are met and we rest easy knowing she's in a great place. Highly recommend.

Could not be more impressed with the quality of care and the support for family. Outstanding in every way.
