This place was good. The shop tunes were solid, the staff was clearly into music and not just marking time, and we walked out with a bunch of CDs and notes for vinyl to check out next time. The selection is decent, and it has a solid record store vibe.

In a world where owning media is getting harder, this place is fighting the good fight. Will definitely shop here again.

I found it interesting that there were still DVDs of even recent movies that you can buy as well as reasonably priced anime/game t-shirts

They had two pictures stating the shirts were 50% so I was like $15, that’s a good deal. I ended up paying full price $30 for one tee when I went to the cashier Take those sale signs down.

Love the place! Friendly knowledgeable staff who also spin awesome jazzy tunes. I love complete TV series and I scored the complete Rockford files which I believe I will enjoy as long as I live.
Also, ' I Love ️ Lucy' collection made a wonderful Valentines gift for a woman I adore. In short, my go to spot for something I really want when I want to treat myself.

I waked into the store yesterday, could not get any help, all the cds and records were out of order, the floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks, the place was complete MESS!

Selection is very good they have Vinyl, CDs, Cassettes Blue Rays movies It has it all Buy here and will continue to do so

You can tell it's a declining business for selling dvd Blu-ray LP etc because everything is going online, limited choices to choose. The floor is dirty.

Well I didn't find what I was looking for but then I found a couple other movies instead. So.it's a win-win. Also the young lady at the front counter was very patient. Great customer service.

Great places to find dvds from 80's, 90's. Great selection of music on CD and Records.

Great music selection love the fact they let you preview certain songs with the headsets on the walls.

They have a good selection, but I wasn't able to find much fusion or jazz music and I wanted to sort through all their used records to find some, but those are not sorted by genre or by alphabet so I ended up leaving the store with nothing. Which of course is fine, they just didn't cater to my niche taste.

It’s okay for CD collectors but they literally do not have a single hip hop vinyl. There vinyl selection is very poor

I stop their to grab some DVDs from time to time and the staff are always super sweet and helpful. Spot on customer service and always sharing their awesome smiles

The staff was too busy with their own conversations to help. Selection of vinyl was reasonable. Check out girl was rude and had no sense of customer service. No smiles. We spent $500 on albums but will not go back to spend any more money there.

Very well stocked a bit more commercial than say Zulu which is more owner ran and personal. It's still a great place to buy music

I heard they have "tons" of music funko pops although I understand that is not they're business core

Great selection of new LPS with many new ones that are exclusive. Looking forward to adding some of these to my collection.

It's nice to still have music stores. They also have lots of games, band shirts, movies, and collectibles. Staff were super nice.

Can't say it was what I hoped for. Super over priced, and staff that didn't seem too interested in engaging in conversation. But I guess they have a lot of physical stuff that most stores don't carry anymore.

Good music and movie store. Could spend at least an hour browsing. Has some other merchandise as well. Multiple vists should be manditory.

This place has a large selection of WWE DVD I go to Sunrise Records Metrotown my DVDs and if I don't find them they always are willing to order them for me they're very quick and very kind

Records used to be a thing, hanging out here with my kid digging for gold brought back some great memories. Not bad, especially considering that it is in the mall. Was amazed they had they artists she was looking for.

Great selection of DVD's and Blu-ray's. Has some pretty incredible deal bins for sales on movies. Friendly staff and one of the biggest sunrise stores I've seen so far.

Blast from the past, while embracing the future. Sunrise has something for everybody.even cassettes! If you are a vinyl freak, or want to watch some WKRP In Cincinnati, come on down and block off a good chunck of time to do so.

Spacious with a lot of selection! Including semi obscure things I wouldn't normally expect to see in a music store. They have records, shirts, movies, CDs and I even think I saw cassettes. They've really got the whole 9 yards.

Excellent selection of movies and music. They also sell vintage albums and cassettes. Highly recommend

It's sad seeing how this store goes worse day after day, ever since it was Virgin, then HM, then sunrise. Quality goes down day after day, however a good destination if you can't find a specific record. Chances are you'll find it there
