Visited last wknd to treat myself to some new movies. Brandon (who works there) helped me find a bunch of killer 4k titles. I ended up also picking up some new T’s, Sunrise always has a fun collection and SOME kind of sale. Excellent store and I always end up leaving with more than I expected to.

Decent selection, always have new product and unique pressings. Overall a good store:)

Took 11 months for an order estimated to take 1 month to come in. Contacted management about something separate and received no response

Don’t ever shop here. It’s terrible.
I bought a record from here, and when I opened it fresh out of the jacket, it had stains and marks all over it and played very noisy.
Even though I had my receipt, they would not let me get my money back, if exchange it for something else.
They only offered to reorder me the SAME record, which I could not wait for, as I have moved to Los Angeles.
They essentially stole $30 from me, then told me to get bent.
On top of all this, they are ridiculously expensive; something they get away with because the majority of their customers are too stupid to know there are independent shops in town with nicer staff, way more records, and where every bit of product is 100% guaranteed.
Sunrise is a corporate entity with a very bad business model.

After 2 visits with the store closing as we were getting there for a break. I'm never going back. Lady was not even nice about it
