Went there today no CD copies of the new Rolling Stones CD Hackneyed Diamonds the Rolling Stones CD section is small and spread over 4 rows no organization. The store is small so limited in what it can stock.

Really excellent selection of vinyl and CDs. Good prices too. Helpful staff.

Went to purchase a record that was labeled with a price of $38 but when scanned at the till it came up as $46. The employee said that sometimes this happens and even though the sticker said one price the price on the computer is the one they go by. The price sticker on the record itself had the name of the album and artist so it’s not like someone place the wrong sticker price on it by mistake. Seems like a fairly illegal business tactic to have it marked as one price and then expect you to pay more at the till. Shady shady shady. So just a heads up, don’t trust the pricing cause you see on records cause Sunrise doesn’t follow it and just makes up whatever price they want. Just easier to buy on Amazon I guess.

First of all, customer service was good. I didn't need much help, but it wasn't a bad experience. I went to Sunrise for vinyl. While improving, their selection is still very limited. Unless you're looking for mainstream pop/rock or RSD releases, there's not much to
offer. Sunrise should endeavor to re-expand their musical catalogue in other genres like hip-hop, metal, punk, house, etc. People want to buy, and we're out there. Offer what we want.

On June 13,2023, I visited the store to collect my items on hold, which included John Wick 4 and the Super Mario movie. I had called earlier in the day, between 1: 30 and 1: 50 pm, and was informed that my order was set aside and would be available for pickup on the same day. Upon arriving at the store around 6 pm, I informed the only staff member present that I was there to pick up my order. Unfortunately, they did not immediately inform me that the items were missing.

While casually browsing the store, I was considering purchasing other items from their 4K section in order to take advantage of the 15% discount. It was only when I reached the front of the store that I was informed that my order was not available. The staff member attempted to downplay the situation by saying they couldn’t find it, but I was disappointed since I had been assured it would be ready that day. Apparently, my order had been given to someone else who had the same items reserved. It was disheartening to realize that the store did not have a proper system in place to check and confirm order pickups, even with the use of phone numbers.

I expressed my disappointment to the staff member and requested that they search for the second copy of the items, which I was informed they had in stock. However, they were unable to locate the additional copy and did not offer any solution to rectify their mistake, except to suggest that I try another store.

Considering that I had been told my order would be ready for pickup after a few hours, I simply did not have the time to visit a different store to obtain the items. It is my belief that the store needs to review and improve their hold system to prevent customers from encountering the same inconvenience and frustration that I experienced today.

Found the new luke combs cd, great store great selection of music, definitely will shop again there

EVERYTHING IS OVERPRICED

Now let me explain, there is good variety of artist and albums here. However, everything here is too pricey. Unless your looking too buy vinyls too put them on display I would not recommend this store.
Even still I've come across stores who sell brand spanking new albums for almost 20 dollars cheaper than.

I give 2 stars simply because they do sell hard to come by vinyls but for a price
