Great experience with the team and Dr. Carly today. Professional, warm, and informative. Dr. Carly was very patient about explaining new meds for my senior cat and why they would help / what next steps were for follow up.

I love the whole team at this clinic. They always give the best of care to my furry family, check in with me after appointments, and talk through potential treatment plans with me so I always feel like I'm making informed decisions. Very happy with the quality of care that this office provides.

Cannot Rave this clinic and staff enough! Took us in on an emergency, took wonderful care of our dog and (us humans), they follow up as early as the next day to see how the pet is doing, very thorough in exams and asking about pet. Highly recommend

I took my elderly dog in. They were caring, understanding and helped deal with the loss of my best friend.

The doctors at this clinic, especially Dr Olivia showed great care for our floofs. They are one of the only clinic that will take your pets and try to schedule them in when in need. Very transparent with pricing. If you are looking for a vet or is in need of a clinic to see your pet right away highly recommend calling Sunrise.

The staff at Sunrise is always so friendly and helpful. I trust them taking care of my puppy whenever I have to take her in.

Can't say enough great things about Sunrise Vet! They've been our vet since we brought our pup home 14 months ago. Since then, they've helped us after our pup was attacked at the dog park (and we just showed up in a panic). Dr. A. Ruiz returned from home one evening to help our sick pup who kept vomiting. We had a smooth neutering experience with a great recovery. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, and check in with us the next day after a visit, to see how our pup is doing. We always feel well cared for with them, and highly recommend!:)

My dog is elderly and his behaviour changed overnight and I knew something was wrong. I was shocked to call multiple vets including our own and we kept getting sent to someone else. I was almost frantic because it seemed no one wanted to help. Finally upon calling Sunrise we got compassion. And my dog got in the next day. Upon arriving, staff was friendly and caring. The vet we seen was very thorough and took time to explain what was going on. We now have a plan of care for my pup and I feel confident in our next steps going forward. Thank you Sunrise.

We love Dr. Carly and team! We can’t recommend them enough, especially if you have a dog like ours, who is uncomfortable and reactive around strangers. Unrealistic with treatment for animals who are ageing in place. They did not offer adequate solutions and instead offered extremely expensive and intrusive treatments for an elderly cat, then did not follow up on lab work. Completely different experience when bringing in a new puppy however. Great example of a vet who is driven by profit and not care.

Just moved to Comox with my little dog Finn. They went out of their way to make it a smooth transition. Great front end staff friendly and knowledgeable. Vet assistant very thorough, locum vet did great exam and recommendations for continued care as well as timely follow-up after bloodwork done
