This place shady from my first interactions with them.totally unprofessional staff, out right lied and told me false info to get me to sign up but as soon as they got the first payment (witch was 50% more $ then they claimed it would be) they won't ever answer any problems just get ignored, over and over.the staff are sketchy and NOT in the a good way! Im ashamed I recommend them to a friend

Their staff is absolutely useless and rude.

They couldn't even get my account information correct and it was an ordeal every time I went in there (3 months)

The middle eastern woman who works there is such a rude snotty person everytime I see her. She needs to realize that if customer service isn't her strong point she should look for a different job away from the public.

Long story short, there are way better places than this place! I switched to Fabutan on Lonsdale which has much better rates and nicer staff.

The middle eastern woman working there this morning (09/30/22) at the Mountain Hwy location was absolutely horrible. She was very rude and had an overall terrible experience with her to the point that I had to contact the head office.

Once my membership runs out at the end of the year I will be renewing someplace else, I would do so sooner but unfortunately it is a nightmare to cancel your membership and I already paid so mid as well use it up.

I strongly advice signing up with a gym membership that includes tanning like Fitness World or just go to Fabutan, MUCH better to deal with and cheaper.

Even looking at the reviews for the past year it looks like this place has gone downhill

They did something horrible to me with providing false information to get me sign a membership contract. No answer to my complain about wrong info.start emailing me and calling and harassing me.
I would never ever recommend them. (I was a client since 2015)

So sad and disappointing.
Don't trust their staff with providing any membership info

Such friendly staff and great prices. I always go when Tiam is working and she is so helpful! Would definitely recommend

Do NOT sign up with SunScape. If you ever try to cancel your membership it will be a pain. I signed up summer 2020 for their promo and understood the terms that I had to pay in full until December 1,2020. I ended up moving four hours away October 1,2020. In September 2020 I went into the salon and told the girl at the desk I was moving, and asked to cancel my membership once I fulfilled my part of the promo contract. She said I couldn’t cancel that far in advance, but that I had to cancel in person. Kind of hard to cancel in person if you’ve moved and still have two months left in your contract and they won’t let you cancel more than 30 days in advance. This has got to be the most ridiculous and worst customer service ever. I ended up being charged for December 2020 and January 2021 off of my credit card. In January 2021 I emailed them and asked them to cancel my membership because I had moved, and I had not used their salon since September 2020. Now in July 2021, after not receiving any sort of call or email from them they are threatening to send me to collections for not paying. And their customer service person who I emailed said they would give me a “one time courtesy” if I paid $357. What a joke of a business. I haven’t been into their studio in TEN months and I paid for four months that I didn’t use the studio (while I lived in another town hours away). This is the most unethical, ruthless business I have ever come across. I had no issues canceling my gym membership but Sunscape? They want an arm and a leg. I would have never signed up with them if I knew this was the nightmare I’d have to deal with. Now they want to send me to collections and wreck my credit? Get out of here. I will be reporting this business to the BBB. This is unethical on every level.

I love coming for a tan! My favourite front desk person is Paria, she sold me my tanning package. She is the sweetest most bubbly person that works there. I am always greeted with a warm smile from her and she is always friendly and knowledgeable.

Spacious beds and friendly professional staff. Really appreciated how knowledgeable Jessica was regarding their product line. She was able to recommend an after tanning lotion that was just perfect for me. I will definitely be returning for future sessions and to pick up some more of that lotion

Love SunScape Studio, The Red Light therapy is fabSulous, which Cassy informed me about. I am so impressed with her professional approach, friendly and informative knowledge. She told me all about the benefits of the light which are so beneficial for your health and skin. I also love the spray tan and of course vitamin d bed. Thank you to SunScapes and Cassy!

I went in today to learn about spray tans since I’ve never been for one before and Megan was very helpful and knowledgeable. She guided me through the process of spray tan since this was my first one. The salon was also very tidy and well-kept. I will definitely be coming back!

Awesome customer service. Jessica was extremely helpful. She introduced me to Red Light Therapy and it was the best decision I've made! The salon is kept clean and the prices are very reasonable. Thank you Jessica for your help!

When I walked in I was greeted with great hospitality by cassy.
I was helped with tanning as I have never tanned before and I now have a great tan
Overall I would recommend going in.

I've been a customer at this location for many many moons and have always received the best customer service! For the past while I always seem to come in for a tan when Jessica is working. She has my account pulled up before I even set foot in the salon and knows exactly what beds I like to tan in. She has recommended the Beauty Angel to me after I had some stitches and a scar on my face and it has helped immensely (something both her and I have noticed)! It is so nice to be welcomed into such a warm place of business and I would never go anywhere else! Thank you Jessica for the amazing customer service!

Always such a good experience going to this location. It is always exceptionally clean, and the customer service is terrific. I seem to always go when Jessica is working and she is beyond helpful. She always makes product recommendations and takes a keen interest in the health of my skin!

Yvette and Jessica are the two gals I’ve had the pleasure of meeting for my first two weeks of tanning here with the All access package. The results are amazing, super excited to continue and try the red light bed next! They are so friendly and fun and super knowledgeable about the beds and the indoor lotions they carry. There is something for all price ranges and the girls are more than happy to talk you through the benefits of each one to find something that works best for you. Jessica took me for a tour of the studio and showed me all the options and made excellent suggestions for how to progress with my color. I’ve “double-dipped” twice and for someone who hasn’t tanned indoors for many years, this is a treat! Ask them about it if you haven’t tried this before!:) thanks ladies! So glad I found your location!:)

High pressure membership contract left me feeling duped! Amateurish and shortsighted response to my complaints forced my hand to cancel. Be very careful when offered the choice to freeze payments on your membership. You will save money by canceling your contract and renewing when you want to return. Also, managers are immature and unable to assist. Info@sunscapetanning is a joke.

Really great salon. Pricing and equipment cannot be beat, and all of the staff are very lovely and knowledgable (which was definitely not the case at my last salon!)
