Sunset Motel

Great place to stay! Stopped there on our way north. It’s super clean and tidy, the check in/checkout was clear and simple.
The room was in a great condition.
And! A nice coffee shop in front of the motel was a perfect addition to our trip

Rooms were very nice, looked like a fresh renovation. Staff were very nice and cleaned the room every day, with fresh towels. Definitely will stay again next time I'm in Cache Creek.

We were warmly greeted by a very friendly gentleman, who was very informative regarding places that were the best to find a meal and fill up our gas tank.
We found the room to be the best ever in regards to cleanliness and when we asked fora couple extra towels, he promptly delivered. They were still warm and smelled so fresh! Thankyou! We will gladly here again when driving through to our destination!

This hotel was very small rooms but not a problem as they were very clean and the staff very accommodating help out in anyway they can stayed 2 nights

Unexpectedly Excellent!

I saw some good reviews online for this place and was hoping it lived up to the hype. I was really surprised at how nice the motel is. Totally renovated and super clean. Only downside was the noisy air conditioner. Other than that, excellent.

Room was very small but clean and well organized. Staff (owners) were very friendly and accommodating.

Out traveling around BC. Had to stop for the night. Came across this great little motel. Thanks Howard for getting us in. Friendly staff. Great room. Very clean and comfortable bed. Beautiful views.

Loved this little motel. Small room but great to sit outside in wrap around kind of porch. Very clean. Friendly staff. Quiet. In a great location for food and getting on and off various highways. Quaint.sweet place.

Love this place. The couple who runs the motel are amazing. Clean, cozy and a friendly environment. The location is great, central but not on the noisy highway. Hoping to head back up with my family on my next hunting trip. Thank you folks, I had a great stay.

We were on a 3-week road trip in Canada (from the UK) and stayed at this very comfortable motel. We were greeted by the owners who were extremely friendly. The room was clean and provided everything we could need for our brief stay. Thank you for making us so welcome!

Great place to sleep for the night while traveling. The only thing was the bathroom was teeny tiny, only room for one person at a time. There was traffic noise, but it did not keep us awake.

This place is right off the highway so bring your earplugs. The rooms are small but it was fine for a night along our road trip.

Stayed one night each going and returning on a cross Canada trip this year late spring. The rooms were modern, spotless clean and quiet. The owner was polite, professional and showed pride in their business. Would recommend 100%!

Rooms were newly renovated, clean and quiet. Bed were comfortable. Hosts were friendly and helpful. I stayed during a heat wave, and it was nice that when I arrived the air conditioner was on and the room was cool as well as the fridge was cool and ready, bathrooms are small.

Excellent place for a stop-over. Clean rooms, good Wi-Fi, very friendly staff and generally a pleasant atmosphere.

Very neat and clean, plenty of outlets as well as USB ports. Coffee, tea and cookies in the room. Good sized TV with Netflix available. Super comfy beds and great shower! Each room has its own table out front to enjoy the view and take in the air.
All round great property and stay. Highly recommend! Will stay again for certain. Two thumbs up!

I arrived in Cache Creek without a reservation. The Sunset Motel was able to give me a room. When I went into the room I was pleasantly surprised by how good it looked. The bed was well made and stacked with towels. The decor was renovated and look well done. The room was spotlessly clean. The amenities included a decent TV, Keurig coffee machine with pods, 2 actual ceramic mugs, 2 glass wine glasses and 2 packs of cookies amongst other little things. Given how run down things are looking in Cache Creek the Sunset Motel was a pleasant oasis for a nights rest. Thanks to John and his crew for the great hospitality.

Looks like they have spent a bit of money on the rooms and as such are very good a bit small but very comfortable and everything you need is there. Would I stay again-most definitely

Very accommodating staff, clean and presentable.

It’s cute and cozy room, it has mini kitchen that you can cook simple food, it has a bathtub that you can relax from a long day drive, a desk that you can work on and a very comfortable bed to sleep on.

I only supposed to stay one night after a long drive from Prince Rupert but I end up staying more than one night.

I had a wonderful stay.

I would recommend this place without a thought.

My husband stayed here and found it super clean and super quiet. Check in was great. A good rest spot. Will be back.

We showed up with a service dog, were informed that it is a no pets motel, after a brief conversation they found us a room, but since it was not the one we booked they did give us a discount. Overall, they are a great! I would stay again. Only thing I would complain about is that they tried to deny us a room based on having a service animal. Since they are a "no pets" motel. Service animals are not pets. They are a requirement for someone's well being. I did not appreciate being discriminated against for having a disability that requires a service animal.
