If you want a job done right I suggest everyone to go with this company you will not be disappointed. They gave me free quote and the price was right. They are all very respectful and very professional will for sure use these guys again thanks!

They are friendly and pleasant enough but the job they did and the contract did not bare much resemblance to each other. They were cheep but it seems that you get what you pay for. My advice would be to not pay them until you are fully satisfied with the work. They said they would be back but have not come. I hope to get a few years out of my roof before I have it done competently. I don't think that they are intentionally trying to rip you off but the work was shoddy.

They left some parts of the roof undone and have been unresponsive ever since. We've contacted them through several channels for 2 years now (email, text, phone) and they keep saying that they will swing by but never give an exact date. Additionally, you can't repair it yourself/through another party as it would void the warranty.
Would not recommend.

Sunset Roofing ripped off my neighbour on 3rd Ave in New Westminster. Sunset did not finish the job and still have not refunded my neighbour. This is theft and people should know.

Horrible experience with this roof contractor. Signed a deal, took $1,000 deposit and never completed the work. Dispute with subcontractors on unpaid bills was the reason. Stated they would refund the deposit back, still waiting after 5/6 months. Stay away.
