Worst service ever! The driver refused to take the passenger! My dad is 70 years old, he was refused a ride by this taxi outside the Vancouver International Airport. It was heavy rain and he was traveling from Calgary to Vancouver, he was taking a carry-on luggage and waiting in line for the taxi. When it was his turn, the driver opened the window and asked him where he was going to. My dad said he was going to Richmond - No. 1 Road. The driver immediately waved his hand and not allowed My dad to get in his car.
