Sunshine Coast Health Centre

This facility is one of a kind. It taught me my core values, a hierarchy to or prioritize my values. Most importantly, I’d say that I got to work on all my grievances about my past, either it was to blame someone else or to blame myself. After going over things like sexual abuse or getting tied like a dog as a child from a rope, or it be the loss of a 13 years relationship, I can say without a doubt that after grieving at Sunshine Coast Health Centre (SCHC) I was able to remove that rock from my uphill battle which was affecting my dad to day lifestyle and now no longer are other issues and along with the ones mentioned above are effecting important decisions in my life. I can say now that my past does not effect any future planning. I have also learned, what my purpose is in life, what I want to achieve.
Furthermore, I go on to say that I have learned that either it be playing snakes and ladders, hitting the gym, or working in my career choice, I feel that same joy after learning what my purpose is in life. This is what SCHC did for me!
