This is by far the highest quality dry cleaner I’ve ever been to throughout the world. I’ve been visiting since 2013 and the owner + staff have done an incredible job of bringing my suits, jackets, parkas, t-shirts, shirts, ties, and designer clothes back to life every single time. I’ve never had a single issue.

They were amazing and friendly - dry cleaned three shirts, dress pants, and fixed a rip on my jacket for an incredibly good price.

Ruined my $1100 Celine polo. They shrunk it and couldn’t get the size back to normal. Professionals measure the item before dry cleaning to ensure same lengths. You can’t even order a new shirt in because they have a limited stock. Horrible place

I brought in my wedding dress and veil to be pressed. They didn't call me to pick up when it was done, I had to call them to follow up. When I got the veil back the night before the wedding, I noticed they tore my wedding veil. It was too late to send it back since they were already closed. We have to cut the wedding veil short to fix it.

When I called the store about it, they said the tear was already there when they first pressed it. But they thought we knew so they didn't tell us. LIES. We inspected the veil and even took a picture of it before we sent it in. The owner didn't offer any compensation and insisted it was our fault. I didn't even give them my name and phone #, but their first response was: the tear was already there.

If you don't want to break down the night before the wedding, don't send your wedding dress/veil here.
