Super 8 by Wyndham Cranbrook

Strongly recommend you find somewhere else. This place is really bad. The pool should likely be shut down, the water gave all of the kids bright red rashes. It’s yellow and smells really bad. The rooms smell like they haven’t been cleaned properly. Our bathroom smelled strongly of mold and urine. The breakfast was sparse. Individual seran wrapped pieces of plain bread, bagels, a machine that makes pretty unimpressive pancakes. The beds were fine. I just don’t think this is worth paying for. The standards are very very low. I will never bring my family here again.

Even though we only stayed for one night, the rooms were clean, the bed comfortable, and the staff was friendly. We didn't really check out any amenities other than the free breakfast which was standard fare, but enjoyable. We would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Good location, friendly staff and clean room. They just started doing breakfast again but pool is still closed. I'd stay here again.

Pool and hot top are close due to Covid-19 and breakfast serviced in plastic bags because the restrant is close (Due to covid-19). Which there no mentioned a bout it the website when booking.

Booked online was advertised to have a pool waterside and hot tub, as well as continental breakfast and has none of that all of it has been closed since 2020 even the sign in infornt of the building still advertises pool and waterside. We booked this place for our kids to play at had we known this we would have booked the nicer hotel across the road for 22$ a night more! Very dissatisfied with the false advertising and will avoid all super 8 after this!
