Super 8 by Wyndham Kelowna BC

All staff members are simply amazing and always smiling. I love staying at Super8 Kelowna regularly and will suggest this hotel to all my coworkers and friends.
Tip: Being a member of the Wyndham Rewards really helps reduce the room price.

The rooms offer a comfortable atmosphere with cozy bedding. Additionally, it's worth noting that guests staying at the hotel may need to provide extra directions to their visitors due to the unique room numbering system.

They let me have my cats stay with me even though they say they don't allow cats at a Pet Friendly motel? I paid for it though
$520. For two nights and the first night started at 1: 00 am
Didn't seem like the sheets had been changed and the carpet was dirty
It was way too much money for the quality of the room

Rooms were small dirty had to kill spiders in the bathroom downright gross will never stay there again

The staff is really what makes this place special. Always friendly. Always willing to extend an helping hand. Taking great care of their clientele is their ace card and why I return to this Super 8. They have an expanded continental breakfast including hard boiled eggs and freshly cooked waffles among a good selection of breakfast foods. Given their location, the staff, the breakfast, in-room coffee, it's great value for the money.

Ask if we could get a room for the night by paying cash put on hold twice and had to call back my moms 85 and I'm her son 47 had a doctor's appointment for my mom shame on super 8 what a joke for not letting us stay will not recommend super 8 to anybody

The WORST place to stay, please don’t come here. Is better to rent a Airbnb.
I had the worst smelling and disgusting room, I rent a pet friendly room for $200 dlls pr night! I couldn’t sleep there for the pee smell.
Bad customer service, how is possible they give you a room with those conditions? And in the end they give me a $15 % FOR MY NEXT STAYING

Dissapointing Super 8… Dust In The Room I Was Treated Like I Was A Garbage Can At The Front Desk but room was nice Though I Had Garbage In My Bathroom Garbage Can And Water Still In My Bathtub (Why did I mistake this for EconoLodge?)

Upon arriving Maria was friendly, professional and funny.
The breakfast had a good selection and the extra above and beyond was Maria made everyday fresh bread, banana bread and muffins. So yummy knowing that. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The outside pool was enclosed and maintained in good condition. Towels were provided. The rooms are on the outsides. Thank you for the great stay. Will stop in when through Kelowna again.

Ok. Only one thing to say.
Whys the tap water white.

Also the rooms were pretty small same with the beds.

The shower water is fine though so I don't under stand why the taps water is white.

The room smelled.very musky.the carpets were still went from carpet cleaning.so the smell was also wet and musky.the door had marks and scratches all over it. The sheets were dirty.
For a pet friendly room, under the bed had so much garbage! I found wrappers (of all kinds, if you understand what I mean), paper, food, and even breast cups of a women's bra.all under the bed.
I honestly felt so bad that I had brought my family here, all I could do was laugh since I thought we were stuck there for 3 days. But I called around and found a great hotel downtown and booked it for the next night and canceled my booking for the rest of our vacation.
My husband asked if we could sleep anywhere else for the night, but being stubborn, I asked he stick it out. I really regret that. We should have left the moment we walked in.
There are many other hotels around.

As to the reply.yes this is the hotel i stayed at. This hotel is next to the clarion, and honestly I should have booked there instead. This super 8 is terrible.

The worst motel/hotel I've ever stayed at. Requested a pet friendly room and it had the worst smell ever. They clearly have never actually cleaned the carpet. I nearly vomited from the smell. They didn't even vacuum the room as there were bits of pet food left on the floor (and other debris) when we entered. The bottom of my feet turned black from the dirty carpet. For $251.18 a night, these were absolutely horrific room conditions. I will never ever stay at a Super 8 EVER AGAIN! And yes, this is the correct location as I made sure to from our receipts. I am absolutely disgusted. DO NOT GO HERE! For $11 more you can go to the Holiday Inn.

Paid an average of $250/night for four nights. First room smelled musty and old and the bed was on a cheap metal frame that lifted off the ground when we sat on it. Tv didn’t work. Moved to a new room that was minimally better with the bed on an actual base. Still very musty and no air circulation even with the window air unit which did not work to cool the room after the first night. There was an attempt at updates at some point by painting over wall paper and poor wall repair patches. There was an open hole in the wall behind the toilet and long dark hairs fell from the shower curtain when I pulled it closed. The ice machine was not working and they were relying on a small countertop ice maker and handed out small bags with a few cubes at the front desk. They did not make up the rooms unless you asked on the third day and extra towels were never offered. We were very disappointed and will not be staying again.

Property, breakfast, room, and pool were delightful. Parking is an issue if you go out in the evening as your parking spot will be gone when you return. The parking is an issue for someone with a handicap.

We had a great stay, the room was basic and clean, the bed was very comfortable. It was walking distance to a few nice restaurants which we really enjoyed. Maria Fe was very warm, friendly and professional. She prepared a wonderful breakfast with homemade waffle mix and apple bread.

We would recommend staying here for a great price.

This is a very well located hotel. It's a pretty standard roadside chain hotel but it has everything you need and a nice pool.
