SHAMEFUL BUSINESS. I have recently sued Derek Bell the owner for $6.5k of garbage glass he installed to my home.
His installers left me with thousands in repairs and an incompetent mess. The new glass itself was defective, sticker marks inside the double glazing and 3 units immediately failing with moisture inside (which was why they were being replaced!) Never came back, lied repeatedly about ordering replacements and denied that he left one large unit of glass almost falling 3 floors down with only one out of the four trims put back. I've taken all my money back from him in court and I strongly suggest you keep yours away from him.

So disappointed!
I needed a piece for my swinging glass shower door. I was told to try here. I checked the website and it indicated that Super Glass Company hours were from 8 am to 2 pm. I went first thing the next morning. I arrived to find a note on a door. No store. The sign on this door said to call this guy at this number. I did and it has been over 3 days and no response. I did not wait for this guy to call back. I bought it else where. Obviously, he did not think that this sale was worth his time. Would never deal with Super Glass Company again nor would I recommend anyone to deal with him.

Stay away from this company. Derek, the owner, took my deposit and never provided the product. After 3 weeks with no response from him I had to go to his store and bang on the front door (on a Friday afternoon) to get it back.

Super Glass did not complete our job. They took our money and left us with broken, leaking skylights. We are currently in the middle of a lawsuit to try to recoup our losses. Our experience with the company was one unfortunate event after another. Their crew didn’t show up to our site for weeks at a time, delaying our construction timeline by several months. When we sent the owner photos of the wood and water damage occurring after his crew left the work half done, and uncovered from the elements, we got an anonymous complaint to WorkSafeBC about our scaffolding (it had never been mentioned by the company before). The issue was addressed the following day and Super Glass continued to no-show for weeks. Finally the owner said he'd come back if we paid another $5k so we reluctantly cut him a cheque as we were desperate to get the completion schedule back on track, and he never returned. After following up countless times by phone with no response, we went to their location and the owner told us to contact his lawyer but then refused to provide his lawyers contact details. We had to take the long painful route of letting the courts settle it. I can’t stress enough the headache and unprofessional service we received with Super Glass. We ultimately ended up going with Four Seasons Skylights. The entire experience has been night and day. Four Seasons did a beautiful job and saved us from our nightmare experience with Super Glass.

Awful costumer care. Just got my mirror cut the wrong measurement by 10 inch short. Showed up and Derek blamed me for saying the wrong measurement when it was written. After that I said maybe you misunderstood as 25 inch and 35 inch are similar… not a big deal. His response shocked me. He said don’t give me that BS. If you don’t like it go somewhere else. Great service Derek. Thank you. Never coming back PS the lady at the cashier was very polite and nice

I’ve emailed, called and have been completely no showed 4 times with no apologies or call backs.

Seeing the mixed reviews on google, I was hesitant and skeptical to use Superglass.
I'm glad I went for it though because my experience was great. Out of the many companies that I contacted, Derek and his team were the most responsive and also had the best price. What they quoted me was what I paid. There were no surprises.
Some of the other companies I contacted were unable to find the glass that I needed, but somehow Derek and his team were able to find it.
In my experience, Derek and his team were also very pleasant to talk to and to deal with.
I paid the deposit on Thursday afternoon and they got the job done by Wednesday morning.
I think you should give them a call before writing them off based on some of the reviews.
My landlord and I are happy with the work they did, I'd recommend them to friends.

I worked for this mutt for sometime till he started getting high on pills ripping off all these customers for their deposits running around the city fathering children with women while he’s married eventually I couldn’t take it anymore and showed up at his place with a baseball bat this guy thinks he can run around the city doing whatever he wants ripping off whoever he wants do not use this place trust me you will regret it
