Told me one price over the phone and when I went in to store price was way higher and said they wouldn't have quoted me that price

I’ve been looking for wheels to fit a 2002 Suzuki XL7 for six weeks. Two different sets of new ones ordered from local tire shops and neither fit. Getting no help from shops so I had to start looking for used ones.
Not easy to find but they had a wrecked one I was able to get them from. Steve was excellent to deal with and nice to have someone that followed through on what he said.
He called me back within 1/2 hr to let me know they are available, price was reasonable and he shipped them to William Lake promptly and well packaged. I had them in four days.
I would definitely use them again

Steve is a total waist of energy sent me wrong parts 2 times. After explaining to him that there are 3 different airbags. For 1 vehicle. He sold me a part from a canyon. When I asked to vin he was giving me a colorado vin. My air bag has a gmc logo. Not chevy. I needed a vin from the airbag he sold me because there 3 diffrent clock springs. The guys a total loser. After spending 700 on parts and still not getting the right part. I wouldn't spend a dime there.

I was in a pickle today. The rear view mirror fell off my car. The glass shop I went to recommended I call Super L to see what they had available. The fellow who helped me was honest and I was treated compassionately given my relative inexperience in car repair. I found the price reasonable but more than anything, he handled my dozen questions with kindness and helped me fill in the gaps of my knowledge. 5/5

Tried to charge me $100 for a drivers side sun visor I can order online to my house for $60, and refused to go lower. Went to empire down the road and they charged me $11.20 for the exact same part. Attitude of the guy working the desk and phone was less than desirable. Use this yard as a last resort, you will get a better experience almost anywhere else and it will cost you less.

In response to the owner: your minimum charge must be absurd as I got it for $10, $90 cheaper. I did not like it, so I did not buy it, and I'm telling people my experience, which is the point of reviews. If you don't like it, don't try to rip people off because they seem vulnerable. It took 2 screws to get the visor out, less than 1 minute, so there is no reason for an absurd labor charge. A used visor online is like half what you charge and I don't have to drive 3 hours to get it. Would you pay $90 more for it at your yard when you can drive down the road and get it for 10% of that? Of course not, and the point of reviews is to let others know about your experience. Empire down the road from you charged 10% of what you charge, I am letting everyone know that.

Rob was really good to me and I will recommend this place to anyone. He gave me a great deal on a motor, was super helpful with shipping, and kept up with communication very well. Overall, very positive experience. I received the motor today, have yet to put it in, but it looks to be in great shape.

So I needed a transmission For my 2013 Mitsubishi RVR Super L had one in stock at a fair price. I installed the transmission myself on a Friday night only to find the transmission was not working properly. (slipping sometimes skipping gears random stuff) I phoned Super L on the following Monday and promptly told them and was met with professional understanding and recommendations. I ended up taking the vehicle to the dealership for diagnoses and I am glad I did. Turned out the problem was a broken pin connector on a plug causing the issue. I may have broken the plug while doing the work or maybe the recycler did, I don't know. But super L didn't really care all they cared about was looking after me and they even said they would get me another transmission whenever I wanted it. (I had bought the last one which would mean they would have to buy one from a competitor on my behalf under warranty). Needless to say this place is very professional and customer orientated. The only thing I wish they had was some chairs to be able to sit in the office while waiting.:) Thank you Super L

Absolute lifesavers here! I searched all over for my part and couldn’t find anything but when I called them they knew exactly what I needed and got it shipped out asap super friendly and really know their stuff

Worst customer service experience. I purchased a transmission that was broken and they did not honour their 90 day warranty. As soon as I called them with a problem I was met with extreme attitude on the phone accusing my mechanic of using the wrong fluid and the wrong filter. As soon as I called them without even telling them what happened I had extreme attitude. I would not recommend working with this shop
