I wish I'd read the other reviews before buying a propane tank from these guys. The tank I bought that I thought was new, because it looked new, actually turned out to be old, just with a fresh coat of paint. When I brought it home, no gas came out. I took it back, twice, they let some gas out and told me it would be good, it wasn't. The last time I took it back, they gave me various excuses like, "you didn't buy it here", despite the fact I had shown them the receipt and the tank had their label on it and even still had their blue plastic webbing, "it seems to be working fine", even though only 20% of the expected flow was coming through the obviously defective valve, and even "you just need to soak it in hot water before you use it".
Having burned far too much time with them, their unethical business practices, and non-existent customer service, I left the tank behind and simply drove away.never to set foot at their station ever again. My recommendation, give these guys a wide berth.

Laziest full serve station around. Only car there and no one even attempts to fill my gas. Staff wandering around. Gas prices are hit and miss. Right now, 10pm on a Thursday they are the same as kits.

Gas is the same as anywhere else and the price is usually a bit lower than the other stations, but the service there is poor. Richmond has a bylaw which requires attendants to dispense the fuel (self server not allowed), but trying to get someone to fill the tank is painful.

I avoid this gas station and usually go to the Mobil station on No. 3 Road near Superstore - they know what good customer service is all about.

Typically a few points lower than other nearby gas stations. Good spread between different grades of octane if more premium fuel is needed. Easily navigable to the pump for cars with left or right gas tanks. Screen input easy to use, with option to preauthorize up to 250.

There may be small line-ups for pumps during peak hours.

It's always kind of stressful at this gas station because of the high traffic and location on the busy roads. Nice to get cheaper gas, but not fun trying to make my way to get it

Prices are competitive but kept pocket friendly to the consumer. Likewise, service is top notch. Team members professionally manage the queue - guiding traffic, assisting customers at the pump and even minor inquiries such as directions.

They reduce their rates every day after 9 pm or 10 pm. The cheapest gas rates in all the Richmond.

Usually one of the best prices in town. Sometimes very busy but I use a lot of gas for work and home. So anything I can save is a bonus

Used to consistently have the cheapest gas in Richmond. Still always in top 2-3 cheapest gas station options.

Best gas price and pumped for you. A service station like they all onxe were.almost didnt get my windshield cleaned or my oil level checked like was once the norm. I am showing my age

Very nice fella at the pump to help if needed. Very very busy pump at the time that I went. But it was the weekend so that's understandable.

Sure it's Richmond, but constantly the lowest gas prices in Metro Vancouver. They still pump your gas so makes this the most Covid Free Station. Why aren't others doing their part?

Sure, the gas is cheap, but notice that they don't display the octane levels on the pumps, and that's because the gas here is a lower standard than other places, thus making it cheaper than other places.

The staff is friendly and helpfull. Fast on the register too. In and out in less than a minute some days!

Service is bad, the gas gun had problem, full service, but the oil spread out lots on the ground, and did not stop, the staff only used lots of paper to clean my car, then all staffs escaped away, even did not heard a word of sorry, my sister think the loss of gas could be more than 10 bucks, but the most important thing is the danger. Not recommend this station. Be ware.

I gas up regularly on weekends on early mornings.but opening hours differ than what it states on website.wasted my time driving back n forth to a closed gas station. FIX UR HOURS ON UR WEBSITE!

Past few days reports from Asst. Director of Nursing at QE said they’ve had messege that virus seems to be spreading quickly via petrol pumps. I hope the Senior Management of this company take precautionary measures directing their front liner to sanitize their pumps and pins pad time to time. I’ve been there today seems no one does the job, correct me if I am wrong.

The cheapest place for Gas in Richmond. Only draw back is that due to the low prices, there will be line ups when it's really low. Don't speed on no. 5 rd, as there are plently of cops driving on this road because it leads to the Richmond RCMP detachment in Ironwood

The people that work here literally just stand there and watch everyone fill their gas. Aren’t they supposed to help?

There is generally you can’t say much about a gas station. I mean it’s a gas station!
Generally good price on gas and staff attendant usually will come and check in atleast once.

Today my car was all of a sudden out of gas and it shut down on the Westminster highway. Burpinder and Jessy were very helpful and helped me find the gasoline and I dipped the gas into my car eventually. Fortunately the cop didn’t stop my car. What a night. Good job guys and wish you all the best.

Good price. But beware of peak gas filling hour. Can be a massive cut throat free for all to fill your tank.

Your Tire inflator is broken/very weak. Please fix ASAP. I always buy gas here because of the free air.

Prices are most of the time cheaper here than most places in Richmond/Vancouver but does lack some of the detergents in other gas, but the occasional pump wouldn't hurt.

Refilled a 20 lb propane cylinder. The price listed on the street is half of what they actually charge. Also they will fill 20 lbs of propane and then charge you for 20 liters of propane (not the same). When I tried to point it out to the staff, they just argued with me. I made the mistake of going here once, and I won't be going again. Worst gas station I've ever been to.

Excellent place to go to for a gas up. I have been going there for about fifteen years, never had an issue with gas. It's a good place to fill up a propane tank too, the price is reasonable along with good service.

Usually has less of a line-up than other satins. They are the first to offer lower prices and I have never has issues with their fuel. It is unfortunate that Richmond requires attendants to pump the fuel. They are usually very busy with not enough attendants. I would've given 5 stars were it not for the waits for an attendant.

Gas was cheaper here than most other stations in Richmond. Line up was long and it is full service for the most part.

Majority of the time a few cents cheaper than everyone in richmond. Has propane tank filling station as well.

Usually the better prices for gas in Richmond most definitely better quality gas then the cheap gas station called Domo also in Richmond. There gasoline isn't as good quality as Super Save gas station service there was quite friendly as it always has been

The workers there seem to have no desire to actually work. Usually end up pumping my own gas.
Today we were advised the pump we drove up to was broken. Then the attendants proceeded to laugh while we drove to another pump, then told us there was no gas period. Very bad customer service.
