Super Save Gas Station

I gassed up here today by recommendation of m friends who lives nearby after I dropped them off. Shocked to see how cheap the gas was for premium, easily $0.15/L cheaper than in Coquitlam where I live which on a 80L fill up on my Range Rover is $12 saved per tank, adds up quick. On top of that I was pleasantly surprised to see the girl working outside actively cleaning up and offering assistance to the vehicles as needed (so many service stations look terrible in terms of cleanliness, this place was clean).

When I went inside to pick up some lotto tickets just before 11 PM the girl working (Anu) had just finished closing up the lotto machine for the day but she happily opened it up again for me, easily could have said sorry and I’d be on my way. On top of that she was super friendly and polite.

My first part time job when I was back in school was at a service station 21 years ago and I know how thankless it is. People are quick to complain but rarely provide positive feedback. Great job to both the girls working here on the night of Thursday, November 9th, 2023. Keep up the great work and I hope if the owner or management reads this you give them some kudos or a bonus.

Always the lowest gas price in Vancouver. This is the only gas station I would go in Vancouver.

Super cheap gas, cheapest in city. The gas is very cheap with very low prices. With gas being so much money saving is important. Therefore this petrol station is the most economical option with very cheap gas. With low prices there is no better option in the city!

Recently, probably since new high price wave from winter, it's one of the cheapest gas stations in Vancouver. Oh 16x prices in winter, I miss you much. But in current situation prices here are quiet cheap.btw: just have been in AB, regular 15x.
And a note: spent more than 30 min here due to long waiting line outside of gas station.

This is absurd it states it is open online at 6: 00am all week, It is currently 6: 00am and it is not open!

This is ridiculous!

It has one of the gas stations with the lowest gas prices. It's different to go around the station if many car came at the same time.

Edit: confirmed with propane depot I only got around 4 lbs dispensed I was charged for 10lbs

Conclusion after speaking with professionals: I will be coming back with a video camera and a calibrated scale and will be sending the video to MeasurementCanada for review of this stations fuel dispensing practices

FREE AIR! Seems like every other station charges. Not here. Its FREE FREE FREE. Lot is nice and clean, staff is friendly. Its in my hood so I come here all the time.

In December the 5th 2021, I bought a 20 lbs propane tank there. I'm using it with a propane heater. Early April, I was done using it so it sit all summer doing nothing. Now, mid October, I install it again and it wouldn't work. It look it might be empty so I have it fill to this store. Not any better. I did use Google and did try every single trick there is to make a 20 lbs propane to work again.but to no avail. I did contact them.it has been a nightmare and in the end I got this email:
My name is Ash and I am the owner of the Supersave in Vancouver. I see that you bought the tank last year in December. Our policy for these tanks is that if within a couple weeks it has defects, we will refund/exchange it for you. However, given the timeframe, I am sorry to say that we can not issue a refund/exchange the tank for you.

If you would like, you can bring it by and we can take a look and see what the problem might be and if possible, fix it. My manager is there from 7am-1pm Monday-Friday, so you could drop by anytime and she will look after it for you.

Again, I am sorry we can not do anything else as the time between buying it and now is too long.
=I I did contact their competitor (Propane Depot) and in no time I had my question answered. Their 20 lbs propane are on warranty for a year. So. Super Save Gas has real good price on gas but there is a price to pay for this.poor customer service and $70.down the drain. ZERO star. Just did check Kanadian Tire and there too, their 20 lbs propane tank are on warranty for a year!

After filling tank, I noticed actual price was more than posted street price. When I complaints they pretend nothing happened. Bad customer service.

We have attended a few events over the last couple of years here. We are always impressed with how cleaned and we'll maintained the building and lot are kept.
Today we came for our COVID-19 vaccination. Very organized and spaced out with all protocols enforced for safety.
We were in and out of there in 25 minutes. Thanks
