Dave Kitchen, the Business Development Rep for the Super Save Group gave us outstanding service and kept us informed during the progress and went above and beyond. The minor issue we had was quickly solved with his help, I would recommend him any day as your contact for the super save group. C Read

Service was fast, rates are great, and the switchover was easy. Any questions were answered by Dave Kitchen right away.

I booked portapotties for an event for a not for profit organization through them. I gave them the address and was told it was good to go. I pre-registered 100 tickets to that event.

I called back to see if I could get one more portapotty and they told me that they won't actually travel to the address I gave them and they are cancelling. I'm now having to call every single person and apologize that the event has been cancelled. It has been one of the most stressful and humiliating experiences of my life.

I will never recommend Super Save, because who knows - they might never show up.

Over 3 weeks hours on the phone and no service in over 3 weeks! Supposed to be weekly! 10 guys in the summer heat with a month of $&! T and p! $$ nice guys really nice

Not worth the cost, service to clean the toilet was very poor. The guy missed coming by a few times and when it was cleaned the hand sanitizer was missed refilling.

These folks don’t even know the regulations for the waste they’re supposed to dispose. Didn’t expect to be educating them on CRD bylaws that have been in place for over a decade when I called. Big yikes.

I second the review that this is probably the worst company I have dealt with in my 25 years of business regarding billing issues. I had my guys waiting around for the Duncan Yard to open on 2 occasions- despite a pre arranged pick up time. Super Save had had no staff at the yard. My guys loaded and unloaded the fences themselves. Then Super Save charges a non negotiable flat rate to use their yard even if they if they do not provide the loading and unloading service. Which is ridiculous - who does this? They tack on administration fees, maintenance fees on invoicing. Not a very upfront company and not a company I would recommend.

If there was a rating less than one star I would choose it. I had a portable toilet rental this summer. We had a scheduled pick up, and they picked it up on that date. They continued charging credit card though. When I thought I resolved the issue, money was not returned. A month later, over double the original amount was charged instead of returning my money. They have now charged me over $500 extra and have not apologized once and keep telling me they are submitting for return. The lady on the phone was very inconvenienced by my calls. Terrible company, avoid at all costs.

I am a small business owner in Victoria and this is possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with. This company refuses to deal with billing issues and is almost impossible to contact. We have been trying to sort out billing errors from almost 18 months ago. Changes to service requests.forget about it. Try to deal with the local rep; don't even bother. Do not sign a contract with this company; you will be sorry you did.unless you enjoy going to small claims court which is where were are likely heading.
