Their sales representive is so unprofessional, they Charge your credit card without notice and invoice or receipt, you have to keep calling to figure out why and they even did not tell you you will get charge if you miss the bin drop off and pick up,

Never work with this company. They lock you into long contracts that you can’t get out of. They will allow someone who is not a manager to set up the contracts and then after several years they auto renew.

Their contracts are completely unfair to the customer. Also, their pricing is nearly double the competitors in the area. Stay away, unless you like to be screwed.

Billed me for propane tank rental 3 months after I sold my property, moved from that property and informed Super Save that my account needed to be closed.which they acknowledged it was. They closed my account but kept my payment info.nice. After 3 attempts to get a credit for the charge I ended up having to file a dispute for an unauthorized charge on my credit card. Hard to believe that anyone with a modicum of intelligence could think it was OK to charge me for rental of a propane tank that I wasn't using and that wasn't located on a property that I owned or resided on and then refuse to reverse the charge because (they say) the new owner hadn't contacted them (she most definitely had). Incompetence at its best. Lots of other propane suppliers out there.don't choose Super Save. Their response to my review is to ask them to email them with "details of your account so we can look into it". I've already done this with 3 phone calls (1 via Mastercard) plus 1 email exchange and I'm not about to waste any more time with this. At the risk of repeating myself.incompetance at its best!

Rented fence and toilet from them for 18 months. Worst company. Often wouldn't service toilet for months and delays installing fence. Continued to charge me even after it was taken down and charged me extra for clamps that were returned. They have been saying since March they would refund the money but have not done so to date.
Continuously have been calling for redund with no luck. Accounting lady has a million excuses. Way better places to rent from for cheaper.

Wanted to say that Aina is an amazing customer representative. If it was just her I was reviewing, I would give five stars.

But on the other hand, Super Saves policy is to charge a late booking fee of 25%! I think that's ridiculous. They are already charging me so much for the rental of a trailer toilet.

Edit: Paid for a cleaning but the person only came by and emptied the tank rather than cleaning the actual toilets. My guests were complaining about the dirtiness of the toilets. Not impressed with this company at all.

Rented a toilet and made clear need sink inside the toilet paid extra money to have sink inside the toilet. When I got delivery which around 5 pm they delivered the toilet without the sink in it and sink separate outside the toilet which I didn’t want. The delivery guy said the super save dispatched them late and they didn’t have any toilet left with sink and told me to call the office to discuss. I called the office and the girl was rude won’t put efforts to sort the situation and rushing me saying they closing 530 pm so need to end the conversation. Also my pick up was done day earlier and I been calling the office to give refund as it did not serve the purpose and plus it was picked up a day earlier and was not any use. The super save giving me the run around taking my money giving rude behaviour and didn’t serve the purpose. Be careful renting from here

DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT with this company. I wish I had read these reviews before signing my contract. They claim to have a clause that says they can raise the prices at any time without the customer's consent, which is a complete rip-off. Scammers like this should not be in business. Stay away!

Followup edit: I emailed per the message below, but they made no effort to actually resolve anything. The review stays up.

Work site toilet found with feces all over the floor, called to get a clean asap and told yes a driver will be out. No one showed up called again next day to be told a driver there asap, 5 hrs later still no one shows up. They know the toilet is disgusting and other toilets have no toilet paper, still service not provided, worst experience ever

Totally one sided contracts. They can raise the prices on you and give no justification at all. Don’t ever sign a contract!

Their prices are almost double of their competitors.

We use this company for disposal and other services for over a decade until we discovered we were being overcharged well above what we had on our contract with them. No refunds were ever offered on the overcharges. Trying to cancel the service resulted in further charges.

Called customer service to clarify a quote I received. The rep was incredibly rude and spoke down to me for being confused by their quote. Interrupted me when I began to ask my question and so I had to repeatedly clarify my actual question.

Billing department needs to be replaced. First off, they increased our bill without notifying us when it strictly says prices are firm. Then when they correct it and say everything is fixed, it still is not. They also won't issue new invoices with new totals and just tell me to do the math myself. Then they continue to bill us incorrectly for over 5 months and its still currently ongoing. I've called many times and each time they say it is going to be corrected but it never is.

I'm still waiting for my pay cheque cause apparently I work in the billing department as I'm constantly adjusting my own bills.

I checked the expiry dates on the propane tanks at my work that came from supersave. Over half of them are expired. Tanks are only good for 10 years in Canada. Somebody call the Fire marshal on them.

I have a horrible experience. I have sent cancellation letter within cancellation window, 90 to 120 days. After letter was sent through registered mail, customer representative needs to do follow up but never did. Other customer service rep said she could not even pull out the files because it was not assigned to her. I just want to know our service is cancelled.
I have left voice messages/emails, even called customer service to escalate the issues, they told me “I can transfer to customer retention department” where I can leave messages that never gets back. Not even a single phone call or email received.

This is the company that you don’t want to have business with.

Stay away.

Service is sometimes hit-and-miss with Supersave, but Aaron B (Vancouver office) was great. Showed up, set up, shredded, cleaned up. Friendly and professional. Made quick work of our 40 boxes. Couldn’t ask for more.

I liked Super Save a lot when we first started. Prices were reasonable, communication was good. But then.prices started increasing with 'admin fees', then 'container maintenance fees', then fuel surcharges. My $100 a month has grown to $350 a month. Tried to cancel. Oh, sorry, your agreement is a 3-year AUTO RENEW for 3 years (which I had just missed).

Of course, the agreement is done very well with lawyers so they can add fee, fee, fee, fee and there is zero you can do about it.

But a 3-year auto-renew?

I don't have much in way of recourse except for reviews like these, and then I plan on telling the other 3 businesses in my unit to switch.

Nothing worse than feeling that someone is literally stealing from you - and that the entire business model is designed to rip off businesses.

Additional Edit: to cancel, you must cancel EXACTLY within a one-month window (not exceeding 120 days and not less than 90 days) by registered mail. If you don't do that.another 3 years. Interesting fact - most people are locked into a 5 year term.

To be clear, I wouldn't care so much if my fees didn't triple in a 3 year period.
