Super Shine Car Wash

Worst car wash I’ve had. Got the Executive Plus wash, and after my car had a dirt residue baked into it. If you ran your finger across initially it streaked and finger was brown with dirt. After the car dried the dirt seemed to have gotten baked on with the wax coat or something and won’t come off with a towel. Called the company and went straight to voicemail, which was full so guessing I’m not the only one that is experiencing this.

They must reuse their chemicals or something without filtering. Never going back.

Consider this your warning to avoid this place!

I was in bay 2, and it was not a residual that did not get cleaned. I last washed my car 2 weeks ago and have only driven in the city. The amount of caked on filth that coated my car after the wash far exceeded the minimal amount of dust on it prior too.

Do not recommend. Went here last week and got the executive car wash ($15) and it left black dirt all over my car which was sealed under the wax treatment. See video and pics attached. I called for a refund and mailbox is full. Vacuums were over priced, one of the car washes was broken, and the shampoo on the vacuum was broken (as told to me by another lady there trying to use the carpet cleaner while I was vacuuming). Can’t seem to get these black stains off my car and I’m pretty upset.

Been a regular customer for 10 years or so, but now that the spray bays have a $4 start charge, I go elsewhere. Costs $6-7 atleast now to do a quick body and wheel rinse on my wrx.

Long time customer but I can't be bothered to return now that the manual wash bays are $4 to start.

Like most car washes, auto touch-less car was does a very poor job. Self-serve washes have decent pressure. Vacuums only use credit cards

I used to touchless car wash for the first time and it did an amazing job! I have tried every touchless car wash in town and this is the best one so far. I usually hand wash my cars as i don’t want to scrtach them with heavily used brushes and their touchless car wash did almost as good of a job as hand washed. Will definitely use again.

I trued to get the deluxe wash - $13.wouldn't take my credit card & didn't say why; ate my $13.cash, car went through but brushes didn't activate - came out with a dirty car. Staff? What staff? Not even a number a person can call when there's a problem. I have used b4 without a problem - love the convenience but really, there should be someone there through the busy times at least.

Not very many wand washes in Nanaimo and this one is reasonable. Swipe your card or a toonie to start the cycle. Decent pressure, but the wand soap setting wasn't very soapy at all really. Perhaps it was low when I went by, but will try again and then update.

I always want this car wash to be better but the foam never works but it's a car wash.

You either have to have cash or a credit card, the machine's will not accept debit/credit cards, there is an ATM Machine on site however. The wash seems to be a pretty good one, I personally paid for the Ultimate wash. I'm satisfied with the car wash

Really cool, feel like im in the States at this lil wash place. Just wish the neon lights worked! Was here at 9: 15 pm it woulda been cool to see them on

This is a great place to clean the interior of our van. We were able to take our time and do a good job as it was not a lot of traffic.

This car wash was good, it would be nicer if there was an attendant on site, and maybe a place to buy window wipes etc.

I don't know what has happened to this carwash in recent months but the last cpl times Its been worse and worse! The wash brushes in the self wash bays are horrible so sparse and ragged that it scratched the surface of my bumper luckily was able to buff it afterwards. The water is barely tepid anymore and I noticed that the last 2 x seemed like I was not getting the full minutes that I am paying for! So i timed it my own self. I should have had 3min it stopped not warned for more coins but completely turned off at 1: 54. The change machines doesn't always work and the ATM machine has been working for awhile now either Sadly sadly unhappy with the state of this carwash was in my top3 faves for quite sometime now!
