I am super happy with how Nick the owner treated me as a customer. My printer had printing issues. He told me to leave it with him for a few days and he will try to fix it. He said if he can fix it, he will only charge me $50.00 if there is no fix than no charge. I thought that was a bargain. A few days later I came to pick up the printer, and he couldn't fix the main problem. However, he configured with the settings, and on a higher quality printing setting the printer prints were perfect. So he did find a solution for my problem and still didn't charge me. That is rare in this day and age to find an honest business person who isn't out for just money, but making the customer happy. I told Nick who the owner is on Monday that I'll be buying him a latte because he was so honest and took the time to fix my printer free of charge. I will always recommend this business

Absolutely worst service ever. Cartridges that were filled didn't work. First he blamed me for not using my printer regularly. Its home use not business. Then he called me a lier because "he" forgot to put his business sticker on the cartridges. I showed him my bill of sale for service but still didn't believe me. I would really go through that much effort to screw you out of $32? So much for helping local business. SCREW YOU.ordering from Amazon.

First time customer. I chose this place due to proximity. Very friendly and was prompt to meet my friend’s needs of a 3rd party toner. Average price of $40. Smooth and quick transaction. Has customized soap? Selling on the side so the place smells nice. Will return un less toner life is lesser than my previous one.

I’ve been here three times to have ink cartridges refilled for my HP printer…very competitive pricing but what really sets this guy apart from everyone else is his customer service. He’s very friendly, fair pricing and immediately gives you an estimate on how long it will take. Service is fast & efficient. Had my Canon laser printer ink refilled at a very reasonable price. I refilled the OEM cartridges and it prints just like new. My consumables report reads at 100%. He was knowledgeable, friendly and quick. I had my cartridge refilled within 2 hours and he phoned to let me know it was done. Will definitely be back again.

Came here years ago but forgot about the place. My toner ran out recently and had a phone number on the cartridge. Searched it up and called for a quote. He was very polite, helpful, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable. Even though this place was 20 minutes away from me, I chose to come here. Friendliest guy ever.
