Supplement King Victoria

Great Service from Ben, was my first time here and he explained everything perfectly.will definitely be coming back.

Went there on Sunday around 12pm and was greeted by some guy wish I asked his name but he was very friendly when I asked him about the right after workout shakes we gave me all the details I needed. He was super helpful even gave me a complementary small cups I could use. I bought a shaker and shake I'll definitely be coming back when i need to refill on more protein shakes.

My friend and I, and my corgi, walked into this establishment on a whim, and we were blown away. I have been to many stores like these, however the customer service in this store at Uptown in Victoria was top notch. I am a female in my 40s, I am just getting back into prioritizing my health after raising kids, I have hormonal issues with menopause and have to take care of my heart and how my body loses crucial nutrients. Rico (and his colleague that night, I apologize I didn't get his name) - he fully understood. No judgment, no brushing off; he welcomed us, answered questions, took his time, gave us tips, and fully took into consideration our needs as we age and get back to working out. I cannot recommend this store, and *especially* Rico, highly enough! Go and visit them, and ask away - you will NOT be disappointed! Thank you SO MUCH Rico - we wil be back (including the corgi).:)

It was my first time shopping at supplement king. I’m new to the gym scene and I had little idea for products I needed.

They had a employee discount sale and I came for that. Staff were helpful and I was able to purchase everything I came looking for.

The day before the sale I actually came and had a look at the products. I asked if I could possible get a couple samples of protein and the employee was nice enough to give me three samples to try out the night before the sale so I knew what to buy for the next day.

I really liked that they were helpful in that way.

I follow them on TikTok and they also reply quickly to comments on videos. They’re very up to date with social media which is great.

Overall this is my go to supplement store and I will continue to come here.

I did notice/hear (while I was shopping) that they don’t always give out samples so maybe I got lucky. Keep that in mind

Knowledgeable staff with good products and better customer service. They went above and beyond to fix a technical issue with my rewards account. Top of the game for supplement stores.

I went here for the first time today and the staff were so kind and very welcoming. As a newcomer to the gym community, i felt super comfortable shopping here and even signed up for a membership!

4 weeks out from a show and needed to restock on some things. Tyler was fantastic and the Store was beautiful with an amazing selection (Can't believe they had Kamikaze) Had my business in Halifax and will continue to have it in Victoria!

Really nice people working in this shop. It's stocked to the ceiling and there's massive selection. You won't be disappointed if you have questions for the staff or need product recommendations.
Personally. I don't mind the naive bias towards middle-aged women from these earth rookies but I hate being called 'Ma'am'. I might be back.

I love these guys. They're always so knowledgeable and super helpful when it comes to choosing any sort of supplement, as well they just have a very good energy overall!

This place is awesome! I had just started going back to the gym again after 3 years, and needed a few things. Jamey was freaking awesome, listened to what I was looking for and gave me great recommendations. No up-selling of any kind.

I am generally very shy, and it was hard for me to get back into the gym. Jamey's enthusiastic attitude towards the gym and working out was exactly what I needed today, on top of the supplements. Thank you so much for being awesome, it helped more than you guys would know!

When your fitness needs a little push, there are many supplements here to choose from. That must be why this place is the King.

Had an extremely sad time at the uptown location today. I've been using pre workouts for years, and have always had good experiences with trying new types. I went in and asked to try their highest nootropic based pre workout, and they said that they don't give samples anymore and that I would have to buy/open/return it if I didn't like the pump it gave.

Both times I’ve visited I was extremely impressed by their excitement and knowledge. Happy to keep coming back and taking their recommendations. My only recommendation for supplements in Victoria.

Really good place to get all your stuff from. Sometimes you get some samples for the product you want.

My new favorite supplement store. All the staff are friendly and helpful and there to answer any questions you may have. They have a wide variety of brands that I haven't seen in town before and their protein bar wall is amazing, well stocked with tons of flavor options and brands. They were able to order me in something that they had sold out of. 10/10 recommend!

Love the owner and the service! So glad to see a new supplement store in town that actually cares and doesn't try to force their house brand on you or over charge! Hopefully people recognize this and it stays in town. Go check them out
