Wonderful experience! I bought a car for my son’s first birthday. It’s a great car but had some battery issues. But thanks to the staff who exchanged my car with a new one on the very next day. And the new one runs perfectly fine. Very good product for reasonable price and great customer service.

Love this place! Yes, they have a great selection of RC vehicles and gifts, but what sets this shop apart is their incredible customer service. The staff is very kind, and they are delighted to walk customers through options, recommendations, and instructions so that the customer knows how to operate and maintain their vehicles. And this place is great with kids too! Highly recommend.

This is one of the best toy shops in Surrey/Delta. The customer service is excellent and the owners are great. Best thing about this shop is you get to feel and touch the toys before you buy them

Shopped at RC toys in Delta, for years now and never have I had a better experience than yesterday as the management has changed. The owner was exceptional and went out of his way to make sure we were all taken care of. He answered questions and was very patient with my four year old daughter. Very much appreciated as we had doubts and were looking elsewhere to buy a car for her as well. Upon dealing with him we were hooked and never thought about leaving without making the purchase from him. He also followed up which was a great added touch!

Would give zero stars if that was an option. Don’t shop here, the reviews can’t be real. Went to the store and purchased my son a vehicle only to have it completely stop working 2 days later. Called the store only to have them give me a run around and call a customer service line which was so unprofessional and never called me back. I now have a seriously disappointed 4 year old on my hands and a piece of junk sitting in my garage. Wish I would’ve read the reviews before purchasing. Such a joke.

I ordered a Mercedes unimog from them. They shipped it to us and it was almost 3 weeks late and the item plastics were broken inside the box. After we built it, the back was all mangled from the broken pieces in the box. My son drove it twice and it malfunctioned and the engine on one side stopped working. I called and left several messages with RC toy zone, texted their number and no response. I told them that my son now just sits in the car and wishes he could drive it but they clearly don’t care. It’s really sad people and businesses care more about profit then seeing kids happy.

This place is Horrible I don’t believe their reviews are real, I brought my son a car for $650 had warranty on it, and is now useless because right out the box it was missing screws, I called them but no help was provided, got no use out of the car just setting in the garage all the parts fell apart.it’s just frustrating how they are so nice until they get your money, Then they are totally different people after that. I would never recommend.

My father in law got a remote control car for my son, it is amazing! I can even fit on it with him!

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARTS I WOULD. HORRIBLE CUATOMER SERVICE! My husband bought a car for my son to enjoy and the moment we took it home to assemble it, the steering wheel was missing.then we realized the steering wheel motor was not working.we called them and they said that they had to order them in because they don't have any of this in stock and to open the car and try to figure it out and they will try to figure it out on their end aswell.we waited a week and now when we came back to they're store they're saying that the warranty is voided because we opened the car up like we were told to on the phone and the car has been used because the tires looked dirty. We had to drag the car from my husband's workshop to our truck and then from the truck to the store.of course the wheels are going to get dirty the moment the tires touch the ground. Now were out almost $1,000 with a broken car that has no steering wheel that my son hasn't even used. BUYER BEWARE I WOULD HATE FOR SOMEBODY ELSE TO GO THROUGH WHAT I'M GOING THROUGH.
