Claude and Noreen are such amazing owners. They are so knowledgeable and professional. We recently had our entire house recarpeted and resulted in more than our expectations. We will have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

We just had our carpets replaced by Surdel Carpets, and they did a great job. The carpet looks good in every room - upstairs, downstairs and in the hallway. The installers (Alan and Mike) were very respectful, open to discussion, and meticulous with their work. Just outstanding! We fully recommend Surdel and their installers Alan and Mike to anyone looking to replace their carpets.

Surdel carpets were unprofessional, didn't cancel a carpet when instructed to do so. I asked for my deposit back which they refused to do. I was threatened by (Owner) Surdel carpet that if I did not remove a poor review of their business I would not receive my deposit back. So that review was removed to ensure I got my deposit of $1600.00 back. This is an unreputable unprofessional and argumentative company. Avoid doing business with them at all costs.

I recently purchased new blinds from Surdel Carpets. Very professional sales staff and installer. Cannot wait to have Surdel Carpets redo my flooring.

We had a great experience with Surdel. They supplied all our Mohawk flooring. Loved the colour, design and quality. It’s waterproof which is a plus. We’ve always had hardwood but loved this product so much, we switched. They also supplied and installed our stair carpet. Claude, Deanna and Noreen were fantastic to deal with. Any inquiries were answered promptly and they were all so friendly. We had just moved to the area and we’re so pleased to have found them.
