After a four-week time discrepancy on price list and sizes, due to a mistake made by this individual resulting in significant damage to my business, when I went to collect my business cards, I encountered nothing but a dreadful experience. Instead of compensating for the damage, he merely said, 'I'm sorry' and wanted to give me the cards for free to prevent any protest, cards that didn't even have the value of trash. He took advantage of my patience.

On another occasion when I went to get my other cards, he laughed disrespectfully, accused me of being a fraud, and mocked me in a sarcastic tone. He humiliated me by claiming I had no money to pay, while his card reader was broken. As I wanted to leave that toxic place as quickly as possible, I had to fix his POS machine myself and pay the amount.

He didn't even appreciate the business I gave him. It was the worst experience ever, with brutal customer service and disastrous behavior. I strongly advise staying away from him.

Peter has always been very kind, supportive and always prompt with my regular printing needs for my business. I'm so happy to have him as part of my team for approximately 10 years now! I highly recommend his services.

Had to print an iron-on transfer image in the last minute of a Friday night and the owner was beyond helpful. Great customer service and high quality printing.

NeVER SeND Your documents from her via FEDEX! I had to send a letter to my sis asap! And i sent it through here via FedEx. I paid full amount and 100% charged it to my card. Until now, fedex kept emailing me to pay it again. I am so lucky to ask for a receipt otherwise i have to pay twice. Very inconvenient and frustrating! @

Highly recommend Peter's services. He's polite, has a super chill demeanor and to the point. We needed a small number of wedding invitations printed. The print quality was mint, and we received the invitations the same day (though, it likely depends on the day-of demand) we put through the order even though we weren't in a rush. We also found the price point fair and will be returning to have the remainder of our wedding stationery printed here!

I was in desperate need of some clear shipping labels to be printed, and I went to about 7 other places who all said they couldn’t do it. Sure Copy was my last hope - and they definitely delivered. Peter is such a nice guy and did the job in about 45 seconds, and charged me a toonie for it. Unreal service… will definitely be back again when my fiancée has more things she needs printed (and has me do them, of course). Thanks Peter!

Always friendly and excellent customer service. They are so efficient and offer very reasonable pricing. Highly recommend.

Polite guy but the shop not able to print large size files. Most importantly, get every single detail thing of your print file set for them. Never wish them to offer help. If they printed in a way you don’t want. Never ever try to tell them they are wrong and hoping they can make it right. You will be genteelly kick out of the store.

The shop keeper here is an excellent and very professional individual. I've used him for shipping many many times, as well as for printing. He's always very personable and friendly as well.
