Personally, it's hard dealing with someone over the phone and not in person. Trust was the biggest fear. A lot of hoops were jumped through, a lot of bumps in the road, but eventually they were all smoothed out and I'm grateful and thankful for all the time and effort put into the outcome. Wes did an amazing job, helped me out when it was late as hell. All the banks wasn’t able to approve me but he kept trying and trying until we got one.
