SureStay By Best Western Rossland Red Mountain

After a very long couple of days driving, nothing could’ve been more comforting than finding this hotel just before the sun went down. Lauren was an absolute sight for sore eyes (quite literally, our eyes were so red we must’ve looked like monsters!). She was so kind and accommodating, she greeted us with open arms and showed even more love to our new dog that we had just rescued. The sign outside was not joking; the beds were in fact heavenly and the morning view made us almost not go back to our hometown that we had just heard was covered with snow. Thank you Lauren. Your hospitality truly helped us get the rest of the way home.

Just ok

Tv is so dark and can't adjust settings! Tried many times.
Volume on tv maxes at 25 so I had to turn off fan/ac unit so we had no circling air while trying to watch a movie for 2 hrs. Just to hear it properly.

Internet is pretty darn slow.

Hot tub had 6 circulating jets but just 1 powerful enough jet. Please put 1 or 2 plastic chairs there to be able to get clothes and clean towel off the ground! Ok?

Hoping for at least a sensible breakfast in am now. Just 7 am to 9 am so smallest window yet.

Check in gal was at least friendly.

Lucky its the closest Hotel to the town centre but that's about all it has going for it. Lady at front desk wasn't knowledgeable about anything regarding the hotel and sent me to the wrong side if the place and upstairs, the light was on in the room i was assigned which is just creepy.no amenities like water bottles to purchase or anything so come prepared.she also couldn't adjust my reservation which is odd because that's her job but whatever.its 9pm i need to sleep tonight but not staying any longer.breakfast is subpar & only served 2 hrs.for price not impressed at all.

Checked in on Sunday. Bit pricey. We were put in rear of hotel lots of parking. But the restaurant beside hotel needs to be told that taking your garbage out at 10: 30 should be done with a cart that doesn’t wake people up. Then at 5: 30 same noise but with the grease wagon. It also should be done with something that doesn’t make so much noise that it wakes the quests. Show some consideration about people sleeping. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, bathroom was stocked with lots of towels and shampoo, conditioner, soap. Lots of hot water. No highway noise. The breakfast area was clean and Continental breakfast. Fresh waffles, mixed berries and whipping cream. Toast, yogurt, cereal, coffee, tea orange juice. Tea, milk. Filled the void. Nice location.

Conveniently located only minutes from Red Mountain Resort, this quaint two storey motel provides a clean and quiet stay. Short walk or drive to the town center. Also nice spa and continental breakfast.

The best place to stay when visiting one of the best ski location in Canada. The service is superb and the rooms are clean. Very accomodating personnel and a suitable parking area. They even have a full house you can rent.

We came to Rossland from the backcountry trip skiing and we had a lot of stuff with us including wet clothing. I felt like I needed more racks or hooks in the room to hang everything for drying. The room was very clean though and spacious enough for two people. Also, I personally didn't enjoy the breakfast much as I don't like muffins and cereals. Bagels and cream cheese would be a better option for me. But there were a lot of people in the little cantina who appreciated this breakfast. The hot tub seemed to be not hot enough. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I would stay again at this place.

Good location, but quite dirty. After check-in, bathtub was full of water, there was white splatter (toothpaste?) on the chair and table, and old McDonald's boxes and fries under the beds
