Due to Covid restrictions, only one customer is allowed into the business at one time. I was waiting outside for a customer to leave. A Sureway employee came out and promptly helped me, so that I did not have to wait in the cold for long. Asked how she could help, retrieved my info, printed documents for signing and then I was done. Without stepping into the building. Thanks for that.

After having a horrible experience at the Kingsgate mall place, as the lady there was rude, and really should not be working in public relations, I ended up find this place. Both the older lady and the young lady were awesome and I've been dealing with them for the last 3 years.

Sureway staff have always been helpful because they are knowledgeable and friendly, finding your needs to get you covered at the best value. Whether it was John, Grace, or Karen helping me, all were helpful and competent.

Even though my cases are less common (insurance for making deliveries, insurance for out-of-province travel, etc.) the staff ask the right questions to get me the right coverage. In they don't have an answer off the top of their head, rest assured they will find it for you.

Since auto insurance is mandatory, why not get peace of mind too? It's a great feeling knowing all my bases are covered.
