Ignore the negative reviews, I took my 2020 civic here today and they did an amazing job! He did not miss a spot, I will come back once a month at least

Best car wash service. Rob took real good care of my car. He even polished out few scratches for free. Friendly vibe they give few cold drinks while I was waiting there. 5 stars everytime.

Very rude owner. I asked him politely whether he had availability but he completely ignored me and continued looking at his computer. I waited 10 minutes and asked him a follow up and he still completely ignored me while he was still looking at his computer. Another customer witnessed the exchange and was just as perplexed as I was. The owner finally told me that he was having a 'bad day'. That's no excuse for being rude to clients though. Especially the owner of the company. Maybe acknowledge your client at the very least instead of pretending they are invisible and hope we just walk away.
