I have been going here since 2 years. The new management had incredibly changed the entire place. It turned very neat and clean. Very smooth service from staff. Will surely visit again. Cheers

Inside is clean for a bottle depot and staff are very friendly. Easy to drop off things. Well organized.

The people that work there are pleasant and work hard at an awful job. Once again this store either loses a bag or counts considerably less containers in the bag. This time I dropped off one bag and actually counted the assorted containers. They counted about a third less than actual. I counted this time as I read this happens to others and I wanted to be sure before accusing them of terrible math skills.

Very very bad expérience in parking lot old chines man start yelling on me i thought he is worker but after talk other people they said he owner very rude guy he said he dont need customer he want everything fast fast need learn manner to deal with custume very bad expérience i recommande dont go there i dont want give this place even one star no option worse place

This whole program is broken no one knows when you need answers to what can be taken to these places and if they say they do not take something they give you a place to contact that tells you to call back to the same place you just talked to, frustrating to say the least

Been here a couple times. Rude staff. This last time label machine was not working, told staff, refused to help. Not come if back.avoid this one.

Normally do 1 bag every 2 month for $7 dollar ish, this time brought 2 bags only get $7, the Korean guy who looks like boss asks me calm down and wait at the corner to check the camera, after 15 min standing at the place without air conditioning, my feet was freezing, and still didn’t hear anything, so rude and ridiculous

This is my go to return it place. The owner has made great changes to improve that his customers keep dry with a new expanded outside area & covered. Efficient staff takes care of the line up so your time is short.

These folks are always friendly and helpful to me. It's a pleasure to being my recycling back here.

Took 3 bags of various bottles cans milk jugs. 117 in total.got 9.00.take your stuff to Guildford.they pay 10 cents for everything.

Please note this place will rip you off and not explain there policy. They DO NOT TAKE everything. Better off going elsewhere.

Had a terrible experience with the man in charge when I questioned why they were only paying 9 cents on a 10 cent beer can, he got very angry and kept pointing to a small sign stating the new rates. We did some digging and found out they aren't a licensed depot and are skimming 1 cent per can for themselves. The licensed return-it on Fraser hwy still gives 10 cents, the place was filthy anyway will give it a long and permanent passarino!

If you like to wait in line forever then this is the place to be. Slowest staff I've ever seen before.
